Spirit Island Tours and Tickets

The boat cruise to Spirit Island was great. However if the bus windows had been properly washed & cleaned, we could have seen outside much better & been able to take clearer photos.

Pack a lunch/breakfast depending on the time of your boat tour. The views from the boat and around Spirit Island are amazing. We were disappointed with Sun Digtours. Our bus had open seats. We waited at the pick up and no one purchased tickets. At our first stop we waited over 30 minutes for 4 people to join the tour. They must have missed the bus at the original pick up. Not sure. So our bus full of customers had to be delayed while we waited quite a while for the other 4 to catch up. We missed seeing a Moose by just a few minutes when we finally got to the lake. Our driver, Norm, was extremely patient with the company making him delay his tour. In my opinion, if you miss the boarding time of your tour, you have missed your scheduled tour. Choices would be to forfeit your $$, or book a different tour. Not sure what the written rules are. I would assume it is not to delay an entire bus to accommodate 4 people that missed the bus. It was quite unacceptable to those of us in the bus

Unforgettable tour! 🌟 Our guide Jan was amazing—funny, exciting, and went out of his way to make it special. We saw a bull moose, a cow, and even a grizzly bear eating berries! The boat trip to Spirit Island was just as memorable thanks to the lively guide and captain. Only small note: no need to pack lunch, since restaurants are at Maligne Lake..

We had a short stop at the top of Magline Valley and then at Medicine Lake for photos. Then we had a boat tour from Maligne Lake to Spirit Island. The tour guide was very informative and the boat ride was very pleasant. We had some time on the area around Spirit Island where the views are really beautiful

We had such a great time with Yvonne as our guide! Beautiful weather, range of wildlife sightings (elk, ospren, eagle, marmot), fun stories, and stunning stops! The boat cruise to spirit island was amazing too!

Great Tour with our driver/guide Warren who was very knowledgeable about anything you needed to know. The scenery at Maligne Lake and Spirit Island was out of this world - and Nelson & Michael on the boat were superb. We didn't come across much wildlife - but the landscape certainly made up for it. Well worth booking.

The trip was just amazing. Well organized and Kevin was a perfect guide. Visits to Medicine Lake, Maligne Lake and Spirit Island and the views along the way and on the boat were just amazing. The tour was relaxed and we all had enough time during our stops along the way. We got excellent information along the way (as well on the bus as on the boat). Definitely recommended !

Nice tour of Medicine Lake. Beautiful boat ride to Spirit Island on Lake Maligne. Saw elk, big horn sheep and moose. Yvonne was a very entertaining and informative tour guide.
