Legends, Lochs, and Highland Magic
WOW!!! What an amazing experience today!! Our guide Peach was an incredible entertainer and storyteller, sharing her knowledge of Scotland’s legends in the most captivating way. The scenery on this tour is second to none: Eileen Donan Castle, town of Portree, Loch Ness, and our favorite Isle of Skye’s fairy pools. It was a long day that was broken up nicely with several stops and great photo opportunities.
I would encourage anyone looking for an incredible experience to book this tour! Again, Peach was fantastic and such a pleasure to have led our tour. By the end of the day, she had our entire van singing along to some great music! Thanks for the incredible memories!!

Ben was an excellent guide and kept the tour light and fun while teaching us plenty about the history and folklore of the region. The Isle of Skye, of course, is stunning, and Ben made sure we saw as much as you’re able in a day. Excellent trip all around.

Great tour on a beautiful day!
Excellent tour of a beautiful area of the Highlands. Our guide, Charlie, did an excellent job sharing stories of the area and taking us to all the key sights. The small size of the tour made the logistics so much easier getting everyone to and from the stops. The boat ride o the Lich Ness was a perfect way to end the day.

Would highly recommend this tour -- especially with Murdoch! :)
We (family of 4 adults) LOVED our tour with Murdoch, aka "Mr. Fabulous"! We luckily enough had great weather on the day, saw a phenomenal set of sights (fairy pools were definitely the best part!!), and laughed at all of Murdoch's stories during the driving portions.
One thing we did not realize when we booked this trip was that seats are assigned? We arrived really early (45min early) to make sure we'd be near the front, as someone in our party gets motion sick, but we discovered that we were assigned seats and we were assigned to the back. Luckily no issues but we found that surprising. Both sides of the bus are great, I think I liked sitting on the left side a little more (so the side opposite the driver) but both sides provide great views.
We brought our lunches which we ate while exploring Portree -- but when we got on the bus we could have ordered a bagged lunch from a bakery/deli in Portree which is also a great option. These bagged lunches were paid for in advance and picked up, so those who ordered lunch could also eat while exploring Portree.
Murdoch was kind, funny, entertaining, made you feel warm/welcome/cared for, and bursting full of knowledge/experience/information/stories. It's been a few days and we're all still quoting him.
As far as the stops we made on the bus... you drive by Loch Ness, stop at the Eilean Donan Castle just to take a photo from the road, stop in Portree for an extended time for lunch/exploring (about an hour? there were some fun shops to explore and the coastline was pretty), stop at Kilt rock (get off the bus, take pics) to appreciate the rock formation (and look behind you at the "layers of time" and the memorial to the crofters!), unfortunately weather (fog) hindered our stop at The Old Man of Storr but allegedly it's a photo stop (we pivoted to stopping at a waterfall instead! get out of the bus & take pics), stop at Fairy Pools (that was the big one! highly recommend hiking the 0.9 miles to almost the end -- the actual end itself is quite boring, it's just the end of a dirt path with a small stream -- to see everything. and don't be afraid to dip your face in!), we drove to/from the isle on the Skye bridge, and Urquhart Castle (stop, get off the bus, take pics). We were all early/timely so got a bonus stop as well :)
We had a ball and can't recommend this tour enough!

History and sites
Had a fantastic time on this tour learning and the history of each place visited. Our guide was attentive to everyone on board and ensured we all had a good day. Stand out was the battlefield of Culloden, its incredible how emotional the site still feels this many years after the battle. This was an incredible way to get out and see the sites

This tour was by far my favorite between the ones I’ve done from Inverness. The views were amazing! Our guide Martin was fantastic! He said it was his 3rd tour as a guide but it seemed like he’s done it his whole life. He is really passionate and added little anecdotes to every spot we went, which made the tour even more interesting. His joy and kindest really made a difference in our experience. As a solo traveler I reslly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it!

My Scottish adventure
À fabulous experience. Great tour guide, lots of knowledge, attentive, carrying and with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend this tour , the cruise was not a must for me, but if you need to see the monster, try your luck. spend your time enjoying the falls, the small villages and the sightseeing. And if you still have time try one of their Scottish sandwiches in one of the small villages.

We have never been “bus tour” people, preferring independent travel, but this was an amazing day seeing Loch Ness, castles, and wild Highland terrain. Along the way, our tour guide Charlie gave the clearest explanation of Scotland’s tumultuous history, all tied to our tour route. He was so gracious, low-key, and accommodating to requests as well, and shared Scottish music along the way. An excellent trip for a great value.

Excellent day trip and tour from Inverness
This was a 9-hour tour including a Loch Ness River cruise, Urquhart Castle visit, Robertson Farm visit, lunch in Beauly, a whisky-tasting experience in Glen Ord, Clava Cairns, and Culloden Battlefield and Museum. I checked off the top things to do on my list in one day! The price was reasonable, and the tour guide Martin was delightful. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about historical details...and fairy tales! I had an awesome experience and highly recommend this tour.

It's a very chill ride. Takes you through the beautiful Loch Ness with stunning views of Urquhart Castle (my favorite part). It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's worth it. There is an interesting history audio that plays for part of the trip. You can sit inside or outside on the boat.

Isle of Skye in winter
Really enjoyed this trip. Beautiful scenery and the tour guide provided a lot of information about the geography and the history of the people who settled here. Can’t wait to return to see what it looks like when it is warmer and the plants have bloomed.

The famous Harry Potter train
We had a wonderful time on the tour. The highlight of the tour was the one-way Harry Potter train It was raining but we enjoyed the scenery and were able to see the bridge. Our tour guide Donnie was very good. He showed us much more than we were expecting. He gave enough time and attention to every single person in that bus. Driving and giving commentary same time 👍 amazing!
