Guanajuato walking tour, a must see!

Emma is a wonderful guide, we drove from San Miguel to Guanajuato and our driver Marco was excellent. We rode in a comfortable van, arrived at the top of Guanajuato and walked down into the town and tunnels. We toured the town on foot for several hours with a stop for lunch at the Mercado. It’s a really beautiful city and the tour is extremely well done. It’s a long day, lots of walking, so be prepared and wear walking shoes. The Diego Riveria museum is a must see and we spent time there, as well as having some free time in the downtown area of Plaza Mayor.

The tour guide was very flexible since our van was blocked entry to the city square where we were supposed to meet. He gave us a tour of some main sites and a detailed tour of the market. Very friendly and spoke English well. You walk the whole 2 hours, so wear comfy shoes!

Eduardo and Jair were extremely helpful in helping us book this last-minute trip and were so accommodating throughout the entire experience. Jair was an amazing tour guide! He explained our full-day itinerary, was incredibly knowledgeable, and was such a joy to spend the day with. The all-inclusive breakfast was delicious, the car ride was comfortable, and he even provided a charging bank for us to use. When we arrived at Tolantongo, Jair gave us plenty of time to relax and unwind. He also provided us with a backpack, waterproof phone case, towel, and other supplies, which made the experience even more convenient. Tolantongo itself is absolutely beautiful! Jair took us into the caves and thermal pools, and we had such an amazing adventure. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch, and on the way home, he provided us with snacks and drinks. Everything was thoughtfully planned, and we truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. 10/10 tour! Highly recommend booking with Eduardo and Jair if you’re visiting Tolantongo! 🙌🏽💯

Once in a lifetime experience

This was a great, once in a lifetime adventure. We are first time riders and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The horses were wonderful and easy. The trail was spectacular & view was amazing. Age group was 5 years old to 60 (we were the old ones). It was about a 4 hour ride through the country with a break halfway for beer and snacks. At the end of the day they provided a fabulous dinner. The only downside is our butts are still sore.

Excellent transfer with Luis!

Booked the airport transfer from Queretero Airport to San Miguel de Allende. My flight arrived very early but Luis still arrived punctually with a sign with my name on. The transfer vehicle is a comfortable minivan and Luis is a safe, professional and friendly driver. Totally recommended. Handy hint, the phone number in the "contact your activity provider" section of your booking is Luis's WhatsApp number - recommend making contact a day or so before so you can share updates on the day.

Nice tour with Pascal

Pascal did a nice job of showing us different cuisines within a historical context. I was glad I had an opportunity to do some of the much talked about roof top dining in San Miguel. We talked about different variations of vegetables that grow in this area. My original tour scheduled 5/23 was actually rescheduled to 5/24.

We had a wonderful day with our friends tasting wine at two beautiful wineries. The wine FAR exceeded our expectations. We also had an incredible meal at one of the wineries. Our driver, winery somaliers and tour guides were excellent. The ease of arranging the tour and making adjustments also exceeded expectations.

We were delighted when we learned that Sam would be leading this food tour. We met him a couple of years ago on another food outing and were impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm. Great tour - culture, history, region and ruins!

Tour: We had a great experience on this trip. Our guide was very organized and was so knowledgeable about the site and regional history that he really made it vivid and memorable. We learned so much and had a great time exploring the site. Like every good tour, it left us wanting to learn more! We were also lucky enough to see some of the beautiful horses that roam the area. Highly recommend this tour while you’re in the area. The pace was good for reasonably fit persons. Site: Restroom is available at the site entrance only. You will not be able to carry in bags of any sort. There are secure lockers to leave your bags at the entrance. Uphill and downhill walking on uneven terrain and cobblestones, nothing extreme. Opportunity to climb to the top of the central building and take in the entire view (optional).

Best experience in town

This was our favorite experience on our trip. The view up the canyon is incredible. The guides do a great job of putting you on a horse that fits you. They allowed time for galloping around the canyon edge for those that were comfortable. Lots of water crossings and crazy climbs. Rodrigo, the guide, and his dogs stayed very close and took amazing photos. That was really my only complaint. You aren't supposed to take pics because you may drop your phone. I wish we could have taken more but he takes several and uses a drone that you can buy at the end. The lunch was FANTASTIC. Highly recommend doing this excursion.
