To complement the tapas, you’ll choose two drinks from a variety of local options—wine, beer, soft drinks, water, infusions, or coffee—allowing you to tailor the experience to your tastes. This experience takes place in a cozy, authentic local bar in Santiago’s old town, a perfect spot that captures the heart of the city’s culinary scene. With this most typical and traditional event in all of Galicia called the queimada, you will enjoy the whole show including all it traditional tools to make it a real galician queimada. Also we will explain its origins and how to prepare it. Of course with a tasting at the end of the show of our authentic queimada.
