Three different kinds of local cheeses which we will pair with each of the three wines as we go along the tasting.
Pencil & Fork salad
Potato, egg, crab sticks and tuna with mayonnaise served on a wheat crust. Paired with Godello (white).
Langoustine cocktail
With avocado, peppers, red onion and a lime vinaigrette. Paired with Albariño (white).
