Communication was poor. I changed the location of pick up and called the next day to confirm the pick up location. The driver arrived early and we said we’d be right down. When we arrived at the front entrance, he was not there. Turned out he was at the original pick up place and he was not informed. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Our private car experience was first class from beginning to end. We needed to change our pickup time the day before travel. Our driver, Jose, immediately responded and changed the time with ease. The communication at pickup time was top notch. Jose met us as we were stepping out of the port, took our luggage & made us feel like celebrities. We will use this car service every time we are in the Orlando area. Thank you for the amazing service.

This was the first time we had ever used a transfer service. It will not be the last. The driver was on time and friendly. He was very safe driving. He helped with bags as well. He was conversational (invited by us) for the duration of the drive. The coordinator was polite and professional and answered my never ending line of questions. We will definitely use them on another trip to Orlando!

My experience was grewt. Our driver Christian let us know he had arrived before we landed and he met us at the baggage claim. He was very knowledgeable about the city and gave recommendations. We requested him for our next day pickup but was unable to get him.
