Drive might not be able meet you at baggage claim if parking ramp is full. But was very prompt when we gave him the door number we were at.

Driver didn’t show up. Had to call he didn’t know he had a pickup to do. Finally came 45 min later. Paid for meeting at luggage extra but had to go to the curb for pickup

My experience was grewt. Our driver Christian let us know he had arrived before we landed and he met us at the baggage claim. He was very knowledgeable about the city and gave recommendations. We requested him for our next day pickup but was unable to get him.

Got a call the day before to confirm all the details and the driver called a few minutes after we landed to tell us where we would meet him. Waited at baggage claim and handled our luggage like a pro. Walked us smoothly to the car and loaded our bags and exited the airport through an exit away from the main traffic jam. Was polite and helpful and offered a pleasant conversation.
