- The weight limit is 110kgs per passenger per seat, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this are required to add/purchase one more seat due to weight and balance limitation of the aircraft. We cannot offer a tour if a seat belt extender is required. Otherwise guest has to book a private flight.
- MANDATORY: PLEASE ARRIVE 45 MIN PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED FLIGHT TIME. In the event of late arrival, the booking will be marked as absent and non-refundable. Re-scheduling charges will apply. Each passenger must present an original valid ID or passport
- NO SHOW POLICY: If passengers fail to arrive for their scheduled flight without notification at least 48 hours prior to departure, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.
- The timings shown on the website are subject to availability at the time of booking. We will contact you to provide the nearest available time and confirm your reservation.
- Pregnant women can only fly during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy upon own risk.

Simply great. A pity that the pilot made little or no explanations. A real pity. Last time the pilot gave a big amount of info.

We were very excited for this tour with the opportunity to see the Dubai skies. Unfortunately, the morning was overcast so visibility for pictures were difficult. The driver and staff were lovely and accommodating. We paid an extra fee to sit in the front of the helicopter thinking we were going to have the entire space and then got seated with another passenger. We then found out the other passenger did not pay ☹️. There was available seating in the back ( we felt duped). I wish they would have told us this. We may not have spent the extra money and have taken our chances at the seating arrangement. So be aware that you may get seated in the front of the helicopter without having to pay extra. Overall, it was a great experience- the pilot was very informative during our flight. We chose the 15 min flight and we were able to see all the highlights we were interested in such as the Palm and World Islands and other landmarks.

Amazing experience! I was actually a bit scared but once we were in the air... WOW! We wanted to be seated in the front, we asked and had to pay a bit extra but was well worth it!

WOW what a way to see Dubai. Would highly recommend this experience. We ended up in our own helicopter just the 4 of us, my son and myself got sat in the front which I wasn’t expecting. My son had a 16th birthday experience he will never forgot.

The pilot made absolutely no effort whatsoever to give any commentary as to what exactly we were flying over and made the entire experience feel very impersonal.
For this sort of price, (significantly more than other countries) I would have expected a little more effort on her part.
I also do not see why we were forced to come 50 minutes before take off and then stand around in an extremely busy and noisy waiting room simply to receive a 5 minute briefing shortly before the flight. Completely unnecessary. I would not recommend this experience.

The views from above were breathtaking and the pilot was very knowledgeable. The helicopter was comfortable and the ride was smooth. I loved being able to see the Dubai landmarks and attractions (both old and new Dubai) from a different perspective.
The tour was well-organized and the staff were friendly and professional.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable adventure. The 25 minute tour is worth the cost.

Great experience for the family, despite the original booking having been canceled due to low visibility. The company re-arranged a flight for the next day and the whole family loved the experience! Pilot was great, she was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the main landmarks through the flight. Ground staff were very experienced, and the whole process from pick up from the hotel, through to take off, flight and landing was all very good.

Good experience, it is really required to come in advance.
15 minutes is not very long, but covers most of Dubai tourist places.
On the negative side:
- there was a photo shooting session before and after the tour, but only the "before tour" photos were included on the USB flash drive that we acquired
- I would really love to receive a little bit more info about the location during the flught

The best way to see Dubai. The scenes are amazing. The helicopter pilot is a wealth of information explains the buildings and development going on. So,urge on the 25 minute tour. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible experience, they forgot to strap us with life saving jackets and our pilot didn't do flight narration so we were left to ourselves to figure out all attractions ourselves.😔😠
We were left clueless. He also didn't flew at higher altitude at palm Island area so we couldn't click proper pics of it😞
We contacted the supervisor he said he will look into it and that's it
We demanded refund or a replacement flight but they refused.
They offered us to give our pictures which they had clicked to give us free of charge as compensation but we didn't even receive them
They said it will take an hour but im writing this review after 1 day
So i would suggest please refrain from taking this helicopter ride

We had the time of our lives in Dubai and this helicopter tour was the crown jewel of our trip. The city is amazing and some of it – like the Palm Island – you only really see from the air. The trip was great, the pilot was very professional and made sure that all passengers saw everything, regardless of where they were sitting.
They also took many of photos before and after the flight, so we were able to buy some pictures that we couldn't have made ourselves (e.g. during take-off).
