The centrepiece of the half-day is a visit to a hand-picked partner domaine. In the intimacy of the cellar, you taste 4 to 5 wines — from village appellations to Premier Crus — while your guide walks you through the techniques and traditions that have made Burgundy famous the world over. 01:00PM : You then continue with a panoramic stop at Clos de Vougeot, where a medieval château rises from a sea of ancient vines.
