Entrance tickets for the Odysseum offer full access to all the exhibitions and activities; plan at least 2–3 hours to explore them.

Family passes are available, and children under 4 enter for free.

Most exhibitions and play areas are designed for children 4–11 years old, but accompanying adults and older kids are sure to have fun too.

Visitor facilities include a restaurant, gift shop, coin lockers, and paid parking.

The museum is wheelchair accessible, although some activities may not be suitable.
