With so many worthy day trip destinations outside Santiago, it can be daunting to pick just one. With this full-day tour you don’t have to. Visit two coastal cities, UNESCO-listed Valparaiso and Viña del Mar with plenty of time for wine tasting in Casablanca Valley and sea lion spotting along Reñaca Beach.

If you have a long layover at the Santiago airport, book this 9-hour private sightseeing tour for a convenient way to kill time and explore the city. You'll visit the financial district, check out the city's two major hills—Santa Lucia and San Cristobol—and visit a local winery for wine tastings. A 3-course lunch is also included.

Located in the middle of the Andes Mountains, almost 1,000 meters above sea level, this tour of the Maipo Cajon will take you to know its colorful square, declared a National Monument in 1992, in the category of typical area. Then you will be surprised with the Chocolate House, which looks like something out of a fairy tale, was built with recycling materials, wood, mud and rocks. And it offers different and exquisite products from ice cream and vegan artisan chocolates to a hot chocolate perfect for a winter morning or afternoon. As we climb you will see more snow on the way, surrounded by rivers and mountains. Finally we will visit El Morado Lodge & Spa, where we will have our lunch, and then enjoy its swimming pools in an environment surrounded by nature and the incredible Andes Nevada mountain range. Time to enjoy the snow, fresh air and panoramic views. Cheer up and experience the Maipo Cajon!

Get away from the hustle and bustle of Santiago for the day and head to the Andes Mountains to spend time in the beautiful Maipo Valley. Venture to the El Yeso Reservoir to admire the towering, snow-capped mountains, walk on nature trails, capture beautiful photos, and learn about the local ecosystem. Other highlights include the Tinoco Tunnel and a tasting at the San Alfonso Chocolate House.
