Secrets of the Rocky Mountains

Our winter day trip through the Canadian Rockies was absolutely incredible. We visited Lake Louise, Marble Canyon, Emerald Lake, and several beautiful stops throughout Banff, and every moment felt like stepping into a postcard. The landscapes were unreal — frozen lakes, turquoise water peeking through the ice, snowy forests, and dramatic canyon views. Our guide, Geoff, made the entire experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. He shared fun stories and interesting facts about each location, kept the energy light, and helped us find the best photo spots without feeling rushed. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does. The tour was perfectly paced, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each stop, take pictures, and really soak in the beauty of the national parks. It was a relaxing, memorable, and effortlessly enjoyable way to explore some of the most iconic winter destinations in the Rockies. We highly recommend this tour, especially with Geoff. It was a highlight of our Banff trip and a day we’ll never forget.

Wonderful tour with amazing views. Aashish is a kind, patient, informative guide. He was available and very willing to take pictures at each stop. We are senior citizens and would not have been able to accomplish The Peyto Lake Trail had it not been for the crampons and physical support Aashish provided. It was definitely worth the effort

Tour to Lakes with unknown weather

Ken was a great guide and took care of us. We had a full van and picked us up at the scheduled time and place. We could have never anticipated the weather would turn cold and snowy overnight but it did make for a beautiful landscape with the fresh snow. It took about 45 minutes to arrive at Lake Louise and it was crowded but the Lake and the snowy conditions made for a beautiful vision. Ken gave us about 75 minutes to tour the area. When we got ready to leave and head to Lake Louise. Unfortunately when we got to the road we were told it was closed due to the weather and a trapped bus up the road. With a quick call to dispatch, we were told the tour had to be canceled and they would refund half the cost. While we were disappointed we have to commend Ken and the company for making Lemonade out of lemons. Overall good tour and fair consideration.

Transportation not Tour

This is transportation to Lake Louise with 1.5 hr drop off and then to Morraine Lake for 1.5 dropoff. Then back to pick up site. Our driver gave great info on the way as well as some information about the trails. He was very well spoken. This package was what we were looking for. If you want to stop at Lake Louise Village, choose a different one.

Absolutely incredible. This was my favorite thing I did while in Banff, even though it was overcast and we didn’t see any stars! It was just so magical to be at Moraine Lake when it was so peaceful. Our little group were the only people there! Sebastian is an incredible guide. He was so knowledgeable and funny. He went out of his way to make the whole event extra special.

Fun tour and knowledgeable tour driver

A great tour to Lake Louise and Moriane and learned a good bit about the area from our tour driver, Andres. He was knowledgeable about the area, made sure we knew what to do/ where to go at each location. Even helped one passenger who need assistance getting around. Took us on Bow Valley to look for wildlife as well. It was the perfect day, rain and all!

Took me places I have never seen

Ivan did a great job of explaining the areas we were going to. Unfortunately the gift and coffee shops were closed at Morraine for the season and the tea room at Lake Louise was taken out only. It would have been nice to have a little more time at Lake Louise. I had never been to Johnston Canyon (I live in Alberta!) and would thoroughly recommend it to everyone. I had also not been to Bow Falls even though I go to BSH all the time. .

Perfect views and wildlife sightings!

We had a great time on our tour with our excellent guide, Jay! My family had already visited the more popular lakes the day prior, so it was nice to see the other beautiful parts of Banff while guided by an expert :) We had plenty of time to explore at each of the stops and I appreciated how Jay made sure we didn't miss any chances to see wildlife! My highlights of the tour were seeing a porcupine at Johnston Canyon and the great views at Lake Minnewanka. I highly recommend booking this tour.

End to end experience fantastic. From very responsive communications and answers to our queries, to the actual tour itself. Everything you read about challenges of parking and crowds are true. The small group and van was so efficient , and maximised our times at the Lakes so comfortably and effectively. It's "drop off at the door" ! Our driver /guide wonderful. The sunrise was more magical than we could’ve imagined, we got very lucky with the whether but I’d highly recommend bringing a couple blankets as it’s fairly chilly in the am! And our tour guide Eray was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the land, as well he took great pictures for us!
