This is an absolute great trip to see all of the major sightseeing places around Banff. Gary was great at getting us to main entrances all of the time...which was good as we had some ailing walkers. I was thinking of driving to these sites in a car...there is no way we'd get parking close to where the tour busses drop us off. In some cases the parking for cars is 2km away. You will also need to know that while the walks are not overly stressful, if you are not used to longer walks or have ok cardio then this may be a bit much to see the best parts of the sites. Some places are an easy walk, while others like the canyon walk are about 1.5 kms going up and down hilly areas. Overall amazing day that I'm sure all would enjoy.

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Banff, and I highly recommend it, especially if you have Kenneth as your guide! I had originally looked at some of the two- and three-lake tours, but I’m so glad we chose this one. Being able to visit four stunning lakes plus the Natural Bridge made for an incredible day and gave us a great overview of the area. The amount of time at each stop was perfect, long enough to enjoy the scenery and take photos, while also helping us decide which lakes we’d like to come back and explore on our own. Kenneth was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining, and clearly passionate about the Canadian Rockies. He shared interesting history and local information throughout the day, making the drive just as enjoyable as the stops. He also went out of his way to take photos for everyone, pointed out the best viewpoints with the fewest crowds, and made sure every guest had a wonderful experience. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm really made the tour special. There were plenty of opportunities to grab snacks throughout the day, and Kenneth’s lunch recommendations were excellent. If you’re trying to decide between the shorter lake tours and this one, I definitely recommend this itinerary. It was well organized, beautifully paced, and an unforgettable way to experience Banff and the surrounding area. Thank you, Kenneth, for making our day so memorable!

Even though it was rainy and cloudy at sunrise, the lakes were both beautiful. We couldn't see the mountain peaks behind the lakes, but it was still a very memorable visit. The water was a beautiful turquoise and it had snowed recently, so the white contrast just above the lake water made it even more beautiful. Our driver was great! He had hot chocolate, coffee and hot tea for us, as well as cookies. The seating pad, blanket, and umbrella were much appreciated..and used!

We had an unforgettable trip with Ram. The whole tour was about 14 hours long, so it was definitely tiring, but it was absolutely worth it. The scenery was stunning, and it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime family experience. Ram was very friendly, patient, and thoughtful throughout the day. We were very happy with his service and really appreciated everything he did for us.

It was a wonderful experience beyond our imagination as our guide Naveen took us through the mountains to explore various sights. He was very detailed with the stories surrounding the natural marvels and even though he was driving, kept pointing out the lovely creatures we could have missed. He ensured we were comfortable all through the journey. We look forward to another experience as this.

Sharry was the best host ever! He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, the sights were incredible, everything was magical! I'm not super fit but managed the walks to see the sights.All up it was one of the best days I've ever had, highly highly recommend.

Ken was a great guide and took care of us. We had a full van and picked us up at the scheduled time and place. We could have never anticipated the weather would turn cold and snowy overnight but it did make for a beautiful landscape with the fresh snow. It took about 45 minutes to arrive at Lake Louise and it was crowded but the Lake and the snowy conditions made for a beautiful vision. Ken gave us about 75 minutes to tour the area. When we got ready to leave and head to Lake Louise. Unfortunately when we got to the road we were told it was closed due to the weather and a trapped bus up the road. With a quick call to dispatch, we were told the tour had to be canceled and they would refund half the cost. While we were disappointed we have to commend Ken and the company for making Lemonade out of lemons. Overall good tour and fair consideration.
