The recipe is unique and exclusive: inherited from the Torres family. The experience will begin with the preparation of the ingredients, then their cooking to finish with the tasting of a plate of paella while sipping an excellent sangria, on the roof of a villa in Playa del Cura, south of Gran Canaria. The ingredients used have been influenced by invasions over the centuries and by immigration from neighboring continents: this is why it is exclusive and unique. The starry sky of the Canary archipelago is also famous throughout the world for its Starlight certification. The vision and sharing of some constellations and planets will frame this experience. We are located in the historical village of Chirche in South Tenerife. The instructor is Chef Ave, with her long-standing experience as the chef de cuisine on cruise lines.
