Our cruise arrived to port late--but no worries!! The tour company tracked our arrival, and was in pre-emptive communication with us about pick up and itinerary adjustments. Extremely proactive communication, and we knew exactly what to expect. We had a group of 12 (yes 12) and our tour guide, Wilm, might be one of my favorite ever. He is clearly passionate about the history of Bruges, and took us to all the points of interest. His commentary was knowledgeable and quite funny. We enjoyed his personality quite a bit. We wished we had had some additional time in Bruges to explore on our own, but since our cruise was late to port, we had to omit that part of the tour. I would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful walking tour and our guide Krista was amazing. She was from Bruge and had so much knowledge and personal stories that it just really made the experience extra special. Also we had a wonderful canal cruise that was so beautiful. It was the best excursion of our vacation and made us want to come back and spend a week there.

Our your guide Sharene was amazing. Very knowledgeable, funny and patient. She took good care of the group and kept us entertained with stories dueing the bus ride.. Bruge was beautiful and having Sharene as our guide made very memorable. They picked us up from the cruise terminal and brought us back safely and on time. Highly recommend!

Delightful walking tour of Bruge! Our guide, Lavigne, was terrific. Born in Bruge, She spoke perfect English. Warm, engaging and full of charming stories and history we could not have asked for more when I mentioned I wanted to buy some handmade lace, she called around to find some for me.

This was a wonderful tour that we took at the end of the day. We wanted to know more about Bruges and as someone else wrote in a different recommendation it was the perfect complement to the boat tour! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions with ease. We loved learning more about the history of Bruges and learning more about the nuances of the buildings in the area area. Would recommend to anyone who loves and wants to see the less touristy part of the city!

4.9 stars! We had a wonderful and informative visit to Bruges. The guides spoke english well and were very friendly and attentive. The lead guide was very knowledgeable about the sites we saw, and it's history. He was a joy to have a conversation with. The sites seen were fantastic.  One suggestion is to include the canal boat tour, as the selection when booking was not clear - proven by confusing several tour participants. Overall -- it was among the best during our European vacation.
