Andøya is Norway's hidden spot for fantastic wildlife. Join our summer whale/wildlife RIB-boat excursion to explore the canyon of Bleik and its surroundings. The canyon is home to abundant marine wildlife, including the magnificent sperm whales. You will also have a chance to encounter other marine mammals, such as pilot whales, orcas, minke, and occasionally Risso's dolphins and fin whales. All these animals frequent the area in search for food (different fish species), which also attract extraordinary bird and other wildlife. In searching for whales, we will most likely encounter different birds (puffins, eagles, gannets, etc.) while we keep our eyes open for Harbor seals. Join our 3,5 hours RIB boat excursion with a maximum of 12 guests to explore the wonders of Bleik Canyon. During the tour, your guide will be onboard to give you information about all the wildlife we encounter, and take photos (as memories) to take them home with you after the trip.

The Norwegian moose, or elg in Norwegian, is Europe’s largest land animal and can reach heights of 6.5 feet (two meters) and weigh up to 1,650 pounds (750 kilograms). See these gentle giants on a half-day tour and stop at Saltstraumen to see the powerful whirlpools of this strait.

Embark on an unforgettable RIB safari from Nyksund along the spectacular coastline of Vesterålen, where thriving wildlife, dramatic scenery, and rich coastal history come together in one extraordinary experience. From June 15th to August 31st, thousands of seabirds gather around Anda Lighthouse and the waters outside Stø and Nyksund to breed and raise their young. This seasonal wildlife spectacle offers a unique opportunity to observe some of Northern Norway's most iconic bird species in their natural habitat. Continue to the offshore reefs where large colonies of harbor seals gather to rest, socialize, and care for their pups. In fact, Øksnes is home to Norway's largest population of harbor seals, making this one of the country's best places to observe these fascinating animals in the wild.
