Our driver connected with us and introduced himself via WhatsApp when we were still waiting at the baggage carousel. He was waiting with a nameplate upon our exit, ready to take our luggage and we had a smooth, forty minute ride to our accommodation. Professional and friendly service.

Dedek is a highly competent driver. He negotiated both the heavy traffic and wet mountain roads brilliantly and was courteous of animals on the road (there were many). When the wet weather came in later in the day and changed my plans, Dedek suggested excellent alternatives. Dedek carries my highest recommendation! Thank you!

Customs clearance at Bali was a breeze, first time travellers using this pick up, just keep walking out of the terminal, once you get out there all the various Drivers are waiting with signs waiting to go. Andy our driver even sent a WhatsApp greeting just letting us know he was outside awaiting our arrival which was reassuring as there are numerous people offering lifts, especially the taxi drivers.

The driver reached out the day before to confirm the pickup, which was reassuring. He arrived on time and was professional throughout. The vehicle was probably the best I had during my entire trip—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Despite Bali’s traffic, the driver navigated smoothly and safely. A great way to end the trip!

I was contacted through WhatsApp by my driver and he even sent me pics of what the sign with my name looked like, so I knew what to look for when leaving the airport. Driver was friendly and didn’t a great job. Would definitely recommend and use the company for tours as well as airport transportation that I used them for.

Really great experience, started with being picked up on time from our hotel, all safety forms and menu choices completed, then trying the bikes for size. All the correct safety gear was provided. Off on our ride through rice fields, stopping for cultural updates from our guides, and visiting a coffee plantation. Really well organised and fabulous team supporting us. Felt totally safe even on the very busy Bali roads. Would definitely recommend
