We had a wonderful experience and Gung was great! Not only was he early to picking us up, he helped us every step of the way. We had places we wanted to go and he assisted us in not only going to the right places but choosing the correct order to go see them and then also walking with us and making sure we were taken care of. Highly suggest not only this company, but Gung, as a private driver. Will definitely be using them again next time we’re in Bali.

Putu is a great guide! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time and then worked with us on creating the itinerary of sights we wanted to see. His suggestions were excellent. We also learned a lot from our conversations with him on the drives between stops, particularly about everyday life in Bali. Highly recommend.

The Mount Batur Sunrise Hike was unbelievable! I cannot recommend the experience enough. Ketut was our guide and he spent time getting to know us, educating us about the volcano and making sure we were safe and support at all times. The hike certainly is not easy (you do need to be physically fit) but absolutely worth it. Ketut provided us with a headtorch and walking stick- make sure you say yes to those! Ketut assisted us both on the way up and down particularly in areas that were slippy or steep- you can tell he cares after his guests and takes pride in this. Once at the top, Ketut provided breakfast as the sun came up. It was a quiet spot with not too many people which was great. We were then taken to different view point locations in order to truly experience the volcano. Ketut also took many brilliant photos for us- nothing was too much trouble for him! I cannot recommend this enough.

BEST THREE DAYS!!!! My first time in Bali with my daughter. This is a must-do tour. We had the best three days with Wayan Mawang. We looked forward to meeting him every morning to start our tour. We learned a lot about the local Balinese culture and customs. Wayan was so generous in preparing the offerings when we decided to add a purification ceremony on the morning we left our hotel to continue our experience in Bali. He is very friendly; we enjoyed touring Bali with him. We will definitely contact him the next time I plan to visit Bali.

We had a wonderful day out, the guides were very friendly and professional plus the e-bikes were high quality. Don’t expect a full tour of Tegalalang Rice Fields but you’ll pass by and stop at another rice field on the way. Options at the end to go on zip wires, visit a coffee plantation or go on the swing as extras. The food was very tasty. Just a great morning out getting out of the centre of Ubud.

Dewa gave us an unforgettable experience of Bali and went out of his way to make our holiday special with lots of special tips and tricks. Great taste in music! Great photographer whose photos have made our fantastic experience even more unforgettable.

So glad we did the ATV last - it was hard work but so much fun. Loved the temple, our guide was amazing at explaining everything. Then on to the Monkey Forest, so many monkeys to see. Lunch was at this awesome location - beautiful restaurant/bar with views of the rice paddies.

The trip was well planned and everything went smoothly. Our drivers were professional and funny. In Mt. Batur, the driver also took high quality photos of us with the view. The sunrise was beautiful. Hot springs and coffee tasting were amazing. The tour is worth every penny.
