The tour started on time. David arrived right on schedule at the meeting point, introduced himself immediately, and offered us water. Throughout the walk it was clear that he knows the subject well and genuinely enjoys what he does. The route is demanding: you should be ready to walk for about 1 hour 30 to 1 hour 40 minutes. If you are going with someone who cannot handle a long walk, think it through first. A very good tour. I recommend it.

Eye opening experience

This experience was excellent. Second time in San Juan and I’ve actually visited the areas where we walked through for this tour on my own before but didn’t know the history behind anything. This tour showed me just that and to appreciate the island even more. Michelle was EXCELLENT! It was only me and my partner on this tour so it was a relaxing experience. You may not be as lucky to get a solo tour but I’d still recommend this tour and hopefully you’d get Michelle.

First of all, I was picked up on time with my children and my mom, my tour guide was exceptional, he was beyond amazing. He was savvy, funny and took us to so many places and took his time explaining everything. We had a blast, I traveled with a 3 month old and he gave me the option to stay in the car because it was a hot day. The tour was amazing but my tour guide made it even more amazing. The day was gorgeous and the experience was 10/10

Just do it!

Definitely wear good water shoes and a bathing suit. I wish I had also worn a rash guard type shirt and board shorts. You will leave your belongings on the bus so be prepared. Our guides Orlando, Xiani and Brian were fantastic. They helped get over difficult areas and did a great job of keeping the group safe and together. They even took pictures and videos. My friend and I are in our 50s. It was a rigorous hike/climb, but totally worth it! Definitely recommend!
