Top Alaska Spring Break in 2026

The Arctic Ale Trail is the signature evening of your time in Fairbanks. Not a typical bar hop or self-guided crawl, but a curated journey into the culture and spirit of Interior Alaska. Visit three respected local breweries and discover how pure Alaska water, long winters, and frontier independence shape every pour. In one of them, enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour where you’ll see how their beer is crafted from start to finish. With hotel pickup, safe transportation between stops, and included drinks at two breweries, every detail is handled so you can experience the Fairbanks after dark without the stress of planning or driving. Choose to end at your hotel or Humble Roots Beer Project downtown. With small groups and limited evening departures during the Midnight Sun season, this is one effortless and rewarding way to explore the city after hours. It is the kind of evening that stays with you long after your trip, when a sip or sunset brings you back to the North.
