Amazing tour. Highly recommend. Got a transfer to the meeting point then a comfortable coach journey to the location. The tour guide gave us a group chat to communicate in where he gave us all the information needed and also how to get around and return.

Easy pick up area right outside old Town area. Bus was comfy and views of area from bus were great. Easy and fast entrance into park. Our guide connected with us using WhatsApp which worked fine. While touring park, he used combo of Whatsapp and narration to describe to us what we were seeing. We did the shorter route B and spent our last 90 minutes enjoying an amazing and affordable Croatian meal at the big sit down restaurant in the park. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The lakes are absolutely stunning. No photographs could ever do them justice. The tour made it easy to get there and back, as well as clear instructions on where to go and how long to take we thought the second part of the walk was a little rushed but still made it in time with plenty of photos.
I’ve read reviews previously that talk about poor signage at the lakes but did not find this to be so. It couldn’t be easier to get around. Very clear signs everywhere.

Very well organised tour - with the added bonus of a pick-up from our accommodation.
Plitvice Lakes is absolutely stunning - very picturesque.
The only downside is the hordes and hordes of tourists - you tend to feel like cattle being herded, but that is not the fault of the tour organisers.

The lakes were amazing. Well worth visiting.
Or experience was less amazing.
We were told to arrive at the meeting place at 7.15 , this is to enabled the tour company to take the payment to enter the park. We then walked to another meeting place to meet the bus. This was all pretty chaotic and when we arrived we had to wait again. We didn't leave until after 8.35.
This meant we didn't arrive at the park until after 11.30 one hour late.
The guide had originally told us to take the C route but because we were so late she said maybe the B route would be better. She was very stressed at this stage and we were afraid we wouldn't make it back on time.
We were given an extra 30 mins. In the park to make up for the late start but her level of anxiety about the time made us doubt that we had enough to do the C route.
She gave almost no information about the park.
She was a very nice woman but a very poor guide maybe due to the stress of the delay.

Overall it was a good day , slow start as I asked for a hotel pickup which never came, lucky they rang me and realised the mistake and sorted it. The bus there and back didn't have a/c so was a bit uncomfortable.
Tbh it was a free for all once you got your ticket, I set off on my own pace and did the main route. It was very busy and did feel a bit rushed to make it back to the bus on time but the scenery is spectacular and worth it. If your a quick walker you'll be fine

Great to offer a hotel pick up. As we waited to be picked up we were told the coach couldn’t get to us so needed to walk to a different location which wasn’t an issue. Coach was comfy. Lakes themselves beautiful. Time flew by so did have to walk without stopping to sit and have lunch due to queues around the park and for the boat. Most disappointing part was the return. Got to the old town everyone was told to get off I asked about dropping us back to where we were picked up and was told a separate mini bus would collect us! We were nearly a hours walk from our hotel so we waited, no show, contacted the provider and no reply. We had to pay 16 euros for our taxi to get back to the hotel… unfortunately spoilt the day

Beautiful easy place to walk. We did route C which was 8km and was almost all flat. The only stopping was to wait for the boat and the train. Very well maintained and sign posted. Worth the trip and easier to get there on an organised coach

The day we went to Plitvice was a rainy unpleasant day, so the experience was diminished by weather, and yet the place itself is so astonishing that it was worth the effort to see it. One thing that surprised us was that our tour guide told us nothing--literally not one word--about this remarkable place. No geography, biology, history, nothing. We've been on quite a few day trips in various countries, and always before the guide did more than merely sit on the bus with us hand out tickets.

Plitvice Lakes itself is amazing! So beautiful. We found the tour to be a little slow with waiting for other people who couldn't keep to time limits. We chose to leave our group of 70 (several tours all merged onto the same coach) and head off on C route alone. Plenty of time to do this amd enjoy it without being in a huge crowd, but there is an option to stick with the guide.

Plitvice parks was amazing.
The coordination between booking company and bus driver was awful. Miscommunication in many areas. People left wondering if we would even get in the park. Dropping us at unexpected places and figuring out for ourselves how to salvage the tour. The bus was freezing with air conditioning gone wild.
The tour guide was great. The park is amazing. All the rest of it which is why one goes on a tour was inadequate.

If you're wanting a bit more of a guided talk with your walk then this might not be for you. This worked for us as we could explore it a bit more on our own terms and the travel between Zadar and Plitvice was well organised. Plitvice itself is stunning and not to be missed. We would recommend!

Stunning. Breathtakingly beautiful. However, recommend starting your trip early or late in the day, as you were barely able to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings due to the ridiculously high volume of people. Thousands of visitors trying to walk on narrow walkways.

The organisation and communication of those running the trip was very poor. We arranged an apartment pick up and were told to be ready for 7:15. And without notice or contact we were not picked up until 8:10. We thought we’d been forgotten. We were then shipped off to collect more people and were all then transferred into a small, uncomfortable mini bus as the main bus had already left. We were not informed that the main highway was closed, so had to take a 3hour route instead. Then there was an unexplained 30 minute stop on the way there, just 20 minutes from the lakes. Once we got there a man from the main bus came to give us our tickets and explained we would get an extra 30minutes in the park due to our delay, so if we wanted to do the main trail, then we would have to walk quick with limited stops.
However, the lakes were truly beautiful, so fully made up for the delay and bad organisation and communication of the company. I would definitely return to the lakes again, but will look into different travel options of getting there.

Tour all on time, scenic journey and even more scenic when you arrive. Driver recommended route C and we had plenty of time, the lakes were quieter as April is slightly off season. There are also alternative options if you don’t want to walk as far and cafes on the way around. A must see in Zadar and this is the best company due to tickets being included and hotel pick up offered.

This was my perfect day trip - driven to the park, given the ticket with the suggested route (spot on suggestion), provided with a contact number if needed then left to roam free until the pickup time.

Me and my partner visited last August and it was amazing. The views were lovely. The guide was lovely. Would recommend. They offer 3 different hikes in which increase in difficulty. Make sure to bring water when it’s hot !
