Absolutely stunning experience at Plitvice National Park! The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful - truly magical. Our guide Tammy was fantastic and made the tour even better. Transportation was seamless, weather was perfect, and the queues around the park were surprisingly short. Couldn't have asked for a better day! Highly recommended. Tell the others!

This shore excursion is very fast paced due to the distance from Zadar port to Plitvice lakes but it was still a great experience with amazing views. Would highly recommend!

Must do in Zadar

One of the beautiful places i have visited. Good organized trip and guide. Easy to navigate through the national park also with instructions in WhatsApp group created by guide. Definitely recommend.

Perfect

Perfect experience! The guide was really nice, the view from the top on the lac was really fantastic, the weather was not on our side but the colour of the place make you feel you are in Canada

Great tour, but be cautious-read review.

I LOVED this trip, but beware, they try to PACK this tour, almost money hungry in my opinion. We left almost 30 minutes late and ended up arriving almost an hour later than what they said. We only had 5 hours to explore the park, if you really take your time with the full park, it is more than 5 hours for sure, especially with random lines in the park to take photos of pretty waterfalls. Another issue is the food. They say there are places to eat and they make a stop before. All accurate, what they don't tell you is the stop before is very limited and QUICK. No time to really get anything. The cafes at the park are expensive and are also very limited so definitely bring food with you.

Plitvice Lakes day trip

This was an incredible day from start to finish! Nothing could have prepared me for the view when we first walked into the park - the water really is that turquoise! There’s so much to see, the Valiki Slap is breathtaking and the boat ride was amazing. It’s the most beautiful place.

Can’t recommend them enough

My friend and I woke up late, and we were worried that we were not gonna make it. We called them and thankfully they waited for us. The ride from and back to the meeting point was just as described, comfortable and hassle-free. The overall experience was great and I can’t recommend them enough.

Very bad organisation no one e given any information or told what to do.

Chaotic and hectic start. Having got to the meeting point at least 30mins early and waiting with other people only to see other groups of people come along and being immediately told to board buses while we had to wait. Tensions of everyone was getting a little heated. Finally found a lady that knew what was going on and advised us all to which bus to board.

Great tour and brilliant tour guide!

Angela was incredible! She was the best guide, and went above and beyond to keep our holiday on track and make sure we had the best experience. She made the tour brilliant, and we’re so glad to have met her! The tour itself was great, even with torrential rain for the second half, we had fun and it was an adventure! The park was beautiful at every turn. The coach was comfortable, air conditioned and on time. I would absolutely recommend this tour ☺️.

Not one of my favorite experiences!

Tamas_S, May 2023
My ticket was for a 7:30 tour and I was told to be at the Jazera office by 7:15 which I did. Bear in mind that it was a rainy day, it was raining all day long without stopping. So I went to their office at 7:15 and I was told that the tour starts at 8:00. I'm like why did I wake up so early then? So it turned out that I was the only person booking the tour through Viator so at 7:30 we walked to a bus stop at the other side of the park and were waiting for the minibus to arrive there at 8:00. It was kinda cold, windy and rainy so it wasn't the most pleasant experience of my life. I don't know the name of the guy who walked us to the bus stop but it was on May 2, 2023 so the agency can probably find out. I tried to ask him a couple times about the tour but he didn't seem very happy to answer the questions and he didn't have a good English either. Example: while we were walking to the bus stop I asked him how far the bus stop was and he replied it takes 2 hours to go to Plitvice. And when we were waiting for the minibus I asked him where the other members of the tour were and he said they were already in the minibus. But they were dropped off before the minibus came and we were waiting together. And when it finally arrived we had a "guide" who explained a few things about the "tour" and then he left. He didn't come to Plitvice. So the driver dropped us at Entrance 1 at the national park and we were told that in case of bad weather instead of a 4pm pickup we can be picked up at 3pm. The minibus came at 3pm which was great and then we weren't moving, the driver was just waiting. I guess they only have 1 minibus so we were just waiting until everyone was on board which was at like 3:40pm and then we headed back to Zadar. I know it was a rainy day and I hated it because all my clothes and camera got wet but the tour was not organized well either which contributed to my bad mood. The park is awesome by the way but this "tour" is not recommended.

Great day out.

Great and enjoyable day out - plenty of choices of routes to suit all and well priced food and drink on site.

Must go UNESCO national Park

Lucy_W, Sep 2022
Consider the park ticket is around €40 itself, this tour is an excellent option if you are not hiring a car. It’s almost a full tour, only two spots left on the coach. Quite new and very comfortable seating, made the 2-h journey goes quick! Upon the arrival at the park, the guide gave us the tickets (so u dont have to queue at the entrance), explaining the 2 routes options (B or C). Then we were off to go! We did Route B, took the boat and took the bus. The view at the park is gorgeous, many different sizes lakes. Absolutely stunning pictures. Had plenty of time walking around the whole park and we really enjoyed the experience!

Beautiful

Paradise national park. Absolutely breathtaking. Tour company has option to pick you to get you to meeting point and drop you back off after which was great. The tour guide could have done a better job at introducing himself (he didn’t) and perhaps explaining the program (however his English was poor - i am not sure if he was understood by people whose first language isn’t English). The cost includes the park entry tickets (250 kuna) and the bus ride to and back (2 hours each way)

Great day, was easy with transport organised. Recommend taking the track a bit slower, we rushed a little bit in fear we’d miss the bus meeting time but finished route C in 3 hours.

Book at another company

Recommend plitvice lakes but dont book trouhg viator. Payed way to much and were promised student discount. Ended up paying more than a adult ticket.

Magnifique

Aline_L, Oct 2024
