A quick tour of the area. Saw several area of Zadar as well as listen to the sea ocean. We chose to stay at Old Town.

I have to say that David is the best Tuk Tuk driver, just because you guys didn't have a chance to do a tour with me :)
I'm bit jealous and every nice comment to my fellow driver I take personally :)
Joke aside, great that you have enjoyed the tour, we had terrible weather that day, we were close to cancel all departures, but luckily - we did bit of reschedule and we deliver a nice tours - at least David did :)

The tour operator. Ask me to change the time of the original tour which I did. We went to several places, and then when we went to area of church of St. Donatus, which he talked from far away. And he talked about the forum for a minute, and then we were given a choice to stay there or go back to the ship, which was only an hour. And fifteen minutes into the tour. I kept saying I thought the tour was two hours and would he let me shop or walk around for fifteen minutes and they said no. He encourage people to stay and take an Uber back to the ship. But my husband and I went back to the ship and then looked up this tour, which is supposed to be up 22 hours. I would not recommend this tour unless you have the copy in detail of what they were supposed to do. Because they cheated us out of 30 minutes of this trip. So I consider it a complete waste of time. We also did not spend twenty minutes at the last two places.

We were wait bit more than usually and we had a terrible day regarding forecast, that why we asked you if you want to start the tour earlier, to avoid the rain. maybe we started with the tou bit later, and tour last bit shorter, but still - i don't believe that 15 minutes ( or 30 minutes as you claim ) are such a trigger for disappointment and 1* review.
it's strange that we have same tour with 3 tuks, all people are satisfied, but you guys decided to give us a 1*.. but in any case, take my apologies for not fulfilling your expectations; we failed this time, and we apologise once again.

The tour guide was amazing but I had booked the tour months ahead and was not impressed that they changed the start time 4 times. I had booked for 9:30 and didn’t leave until 1:30. When I only had 1 day in port, it really messed with my plans.

my apologies once again for changing the tour start, but we had two big cruiseships docked on different part of the town, and it was hard to align all without few mistakes :)

Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. A very safe driver. It was very hot so he made sure we had shade. We were able to stick our feet in the water at the sea organ. Would have annoyed taking a swim. Enjoyed the marker as well. An enjoyable way to see a lot and get around easily.
Lovely way of seeing Zadar ,guide had lots of information ..I was the only passenger so it was like a private tour .

Great way to get to know the city. Our guide was personable and knowledgeable about what we were seeing he knew the side streets and ally ways and was able to show us a TON of history. He even recommended a great beach where we spent the afternoon after the tour ended.

We had Luka as a guide and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He was a safe and patient driver and he put up with stupid questions from the other couple in the TukTuk.

Easy pick up from the port. I have mobility issues - the Tuk Tuk could accommodate my folding rollator. Laurence our guide was very friendly and informative. It was a hot day and we really welcomed the cool breeze whilst driving along.

Great tour- plenty of time to see the highlights. We did this at the end of a 9 stop cruise and we were rather tired so this was the perfect way to see Zadar and learn a lot from our guide, Luca.

Our tour was very short and took us to only 2-3 small attractions. Our driver was very nice , but very difficult to hear because the tuk tuk engine was loud. Our back seat family didn’t hear anything. The first row (us) had to relay everything the driver told us about. For $68 per person, it was not worth it

thank you for your comment, really surprised with it.
First of all, I think all stops we mentioned in tour description we visited - and I strongly suggest to read the tour description before buying, not just ours -everyone.
Regarding the noise - we are riding ELECTRIC Tuks - in our 5 years of experience and thousand and thousand guest we heard different complaints, but no one mention that electric car is noisy:)
However, we are happy that you have liked our driver, for us it's most important thing.
We are sorry that we didn't fulfilled your expectation, but we cannon make up more stops in 80K small town, and we cannot tell the TUK company to make more silent new models.
If you think you overpay the tour - price was written next to tour description - no hidden cost..

This is a great way to see Zadar- Just 4 people in a covered eco car with a local guide/driver. We saw the main sights, heard the water organ and had time to explore on our own as well. We had the choice to return to the ship or stay in town - easy and delightful. HIghly recommend

We had a short time period here so this was a perfect way to see the town. Our guide Marco was great and we had enough time at the various stops. Go early to beat the crowds. Make sure to go to the Sea Organ!

This was a great way to see Zadar when you only have limited time - we were only there for a couple of hours as it was a cruise stop. Communication with the company was great and a cruise port pick-up was not a problem organise. Rocco our driver of for the 2 hours was friendly and knowledgeable. Zadar is not huge so there is limited things to see but you would still struggle with just a couple of hours.

Driver was pleasant, but the description of the tour advertised as 90 to 120 minutes and we only had 60 minutes. Driver picked us up at 11:45 and finished tour at 12:45. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Dear Bozena,
our morning start quite early - with your request regarding the pick up - what we have adjested to your wishes.
We were at your location at 11:33, we did a full tour, included Spinix, Kolovare, Fosa, Greetings to the sun, Sea Organs, Barkajoli stop, On top of that we did a extra Vidikovac - panoramic point of Zadar; Puntamika beach and Taverna.
After 1:20 tour we come to the Forum where we usually do the 20 minutes stop for walking around to see the part of the city in pedestrian zone where we cannot enter with a car ( Cathedral, Forum, St Donat, Kalelarga) and after that stop we usually drive the guest back to their location.
As our driver explain to me - you wanted to stay in the old city, he asked that at the beginning of the tour - he said - Our last stop is on Roman forum, where you can stay to explore more of pedestrian zone, or you can go back to you hotel with Tuk after the 20 minutes stop.
He also did a few recommendations where to go and what to visit, where to cross to order the Uber.
If the would remain with us on tour, the tour would last more than 2 hours, since you decide to staop the tour on our last photo point - the tour was 1:20.
We have rejected your refund request - not because we are greedy, it's because we felt blackmailing in your review, where you blamed on our best driver - and we will not accept it.
We try to be fair, every time we make mistake, we are trying to compensate somehow to our guest, but this time we are sure you had a excellent driver and the tour with an extra effort. I would understand that you are not satisfied with quality of the tour, but timing of the tour was correct and prompt.

It was a wonderful experience. Our driver, whose name I cannot recall, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. The only downside was that the ride could be a little bumpy at times.

Good way to cover the towns highlights and limit walking. If want more time shopping and covering the old town, this may not be for you

thank you for your feedback. Usually, if you take tuk tuk tour, you might expect the riding, instead of walking, my apologies if we have somewhere misleading text.
However, this tour is setup to see all major attractions in our city within certain timing, with stops for short walk or photo stops along the tour.
I'm sorry that your expectations were bit different, but next time I suggest that you try to talk with the drivers, we would adjust the tour as much as possible to your needs
