This was a very good tour to take, especially if you're limited by time. The company was very accommodating and flexible with letting us change the original booked time. The driver was very nice and informative and quite accommodating for what we wanted to do!

Simon was a great guide. Local and very knowledgeable about the history of Zadar. We took a trip around the city and he took us to a local fish market and outdoor food festival which was fantastic. Really appreciated this tour.

Such a fun way to explore Zadar. It was a relaxing and easy tour to see some of main sites. Tour guides were great and gave useful information. The kids enjoyed being on the tuk tuks which was a nice alternative to cars/buses.

We had bad weather and were contacted to reschedule for a more optimal time. Our guide was punctual, helpful, and had blankets to keep us warm. We stopped at the highlights of Zadar and learned a lot about the history. It was a fun way to see the city in a fun and intimate way. Thank you!

This tour was a lot of fun, as I had never before heard of a Tuk Tuk, much less ridden in one! The driver was very knowledgeable and the small group (4) was nice. He was willing to stop when we asked (assuming legally okay to do so), which was a unique, appreciated facet of this type of tour. Like so many cities in this region, the city has an interesting history.

Well there isn't much to do or see in Zadar, so this tour was a perfect way to see it all and have time to spend in the Old Town after. Driver was great at explaining the history of Zadar. Be cautious though. When you book a private tour, that's not what you get. Our tour was scheduled for 10am. We got a text the day before asking to move up our time to 9am. We agreed on 9:30. Then we found out why. We were being shoved in with another couple who was probably mad they were delayed because of us. So you pay for private and get a group. I was mad about that. I will never agree to change our scheduled time again now that I know why they are doing it. Otherwise, the Tuk Tuk is a fun way to see the sights.

Just to clear up - our tours are up to 4 person, not private - private tours can be reserved only directly with us on our site. I'm sorry if we give wrong info or wrong impression to you guys. Regarding time changing - sometimes, when we have rush hour - we need to adjust the tour start times, in order to respect all departures, since it could happen that we have drop off and pick up on another parts of the city - that's why we need to adjust time start sometimes.

the tour was great, except for inaccurate information by phone where to meet the tuk tuk driver. The actual tour was great fun and I would do it again.

This was a wonderful way to see Zadar. They picked up right at the cruise port which made it very simple. This was very fun and our guide, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, was outstanding. Provided a lot of information on the sights that we were seeing. Very accomodating to take pictures.

The time of our tour was brought forward by one hour which we weren’t aware of. We waited at the meeting point but no one arrived . I then noticed a missed call on my phone approximately an hour earlier . I rang the number to be told our tour had been brought forward an hour and that I had failed to respond to calls and messages the day before . We were on a cruise and at sea when the attempts were made . I had no signal on my phone then so didn’t receive anything . The person on the phone seemed to think it was my fault for not responding .
I had booked this tour months ago at a time which suited us. All the correspondence stated this time.
I find it unacceptable to be given the excuse that the “shop gave the tour operator the wrong time”. This company assumed I had received messages and not responded . This was not the case . One message had been sent which I received after the time of the original one !
We were offered an alternative time later that afternoon but this was too late to guarantee returning to the ship in time .
Despite receiving a full refund , we remain very disappointed. We had especially wanted to do this tour and booked it well in advance . For it to be changed only the day before and for us to not receive messages until it was too late was so unprofessional and disappointing .
Communication was lacking somewhere along the line . With the company just assuming I received messages which I did not , and then seeming to blame me for their incompetence.

as you know, sometimes technical issues do happen, and we had this situation day before your tour.
We sent you a message, call you few times day before the tour, offered you two different departures, one was one hour prior your original booking and another was at 2:30, also on time for last call on your ship.
However, you chose not to answer, call us directly at 12:30, wanting the full refund, what we approved instantly.
Apparently, you still have right to harm our small business, although you never experience our tour.
Once again, take our apologies for not having our tour, I know we have changed your plans, but we have tried to reach you through different communication channels on time.

almost every city has Tuk Tuk and its so easy to get on Viator and plan a trip, did it 3 hours before and had a ride ready

Easy to book and contact made quickly by driver to confirm pick up details. Driver (David) was on time and extremely knowledgeable about Zadar but also really personable and friendly. Especially helpful and patient with one of the older members of the family who needed more help and made sure to drop us at the best location after. Limited time available so requested early pick with operator. No reply for over two hours, then contacted to say that pick would remain 1430. Needless to say even that was not achieved & arrived 1445. As we needed to be back on board ship by 1630 , caused stress.
The tour , despite driver David being friendly & knowledgeable, felt rushed and was of comparatively little interest..
Total time of tour was 1 hour 5 mins , not the 90 to 120 advertised.. very poor value.

thank you for your comment, even there is few fact that I'm not 100% sure if they are correct.
You sent us message via Viator platform that morning at 10:30, we were all occupied with tours and we saw the message at 12:30. That day we had 3 cruisers in the city, docked on different parts of the city, and yes - we were late for 6 minutes, driver was at 2:36 if front of your ship.
Last call for your ship was at 4:30, we had enough time to do a tour, but you insist to speed up the stops and tour ended few minutes after 4.
We gave you an option to cancel the tour without extra charge if you don't feel comfortable to do a tour in last minute, we explained to you that last scheduled tour from the ship are back at 4:30, but you still insist to speed up the tour.
However, we were late for 6 minutes, our tour was shorter that usual - no matter why and you have asked for refund, otherwise you'll leave bad review.
Apparently, you forgot that we grant the refund :)
I wish you all the best, and if you use Tuk tours in other cities - please do the earlier slot :)
