Overview

York is famous for its chocolate–both Kit Kat bars and Terry’s Chocolate Orange were invented here. Have your own Willy Wonka experience in this class where you’ll craft chocolate truffles at a factory. Learn the basics of chocolate making, from tempering chocolate to making ganache, before you package your creations and take them home.

Everything you need to make delicious, custom truffles is provided for you
Find out where cocoa comes from and how it’s turned to chocolate

I didn’t get to this master class at all, you could buy a ticket in the system for Thursday, I came to the place and was told that master classes are not held on Thursdays and apparently there was some kind of error in the system. They told me to write by email, I wrote, but I did not receive a response back, although several days have passed
