Our guide Jackie was knowledgeable and was very excited to share the history of Xian during the visit of the museum. If you are a history buff, then this is recommended.

Confirmation e-mail but no show and no tickets

We booked an English guide tour of the Shaanxi History Museum for 11 today. We received a follow up e-mail and voucher confirming it was booked and were advised to report to the right of a left had queue. Problem 1) There was more than 1 Both very long, we did not know we need to join one left queues, both very long. We did not know if we needed to join one or which one. Problem 2) another guide advised we needed to collect our ticket and join one of the left queues. Problem 3) there were no tickets booked in our names. Having been there, feeling confused for 3/4-1 hour we eventually got a reply to a message we had sent “sorry we were unable to book you a ticket….” We have been advised we will get a full refund. The Museum staff were wonderful trying to help us but we will not trust booking via this company again.
