We will pick you up near the port at 9:15am. When you disembark, follow the signs to the Independent Tour Operator Pick Up Area. It’s about a 500m walk from your ship. Look for our guides holding a blue Switched on Bikes sign. Please arrive a few minutes early to find us. At the end of your tour, we encourage you to stay in the capital city and explore more of what Wellington has to offer. Consider bringing what you need to enjoy the rest of your day in the capital city. If you prefer to go straight back to the ship, our guides will ride with you back to the original collection point.

Jack and Ryan were excellent guides through Wellington! Jack was knowledgeable and entertaining as he led us up to a lovely overlook and thru the Prison Gardens. The bikes were great, and both he and Ryan were sure that we were safe and having a good time. The gelato was amazing! I would highly recommend!
windy but fun adventure guided Ebike ride along the Wellington coastline and up to a great lookout point. Guide provided interesting history and safety pointers along the way.
Amazing half day spent with a fantastic guide. Bikes are awesome and the views are spectacular! Picked us up from our cross ship with no problems and gave is a fantastic time with lots of information. Lots of fun! Highly recommend!
How about this...you want to move your body, see the sights, meet a nice guide (Patrick!) and also some like-minded adventurers, in a beautiful city - then yes, this trip is a five star plus trip. The e-bikes are of high quality, the track is easy to ride, and the views are stunning. And it includes a gelato stop. What more could you ask for? This 65+ lady enjoyed it immensely.
What a great way to see Wellington which we did on E-bikes our guide Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and very safety conscious which we really appreciated. We got to many of the city’s highlights including a vista which gave us a bird’s eye view of the city and port. I would certainly enjoy doing this tour again. The bikes were of excellent quality.
Amazing experience. Had a lift from the cruise ship into town. Christian was a knowledgeable and patient guide. The ride up the hill was easy with the turbo setting on the bike. Enjoyed a lovely drink at the cafe to finish it off. Will definitely do it again!

This was an amazing experience made all the more special by the excellent coordination of manager Ryan and wonderful tour guide Tara. I can’t speak highly enough of Tara’s friendliness and welcoming demeanor as she shared the wonders of Wellington, a town she clearly loves. I appreciated the fascinating background and stories of Wellington she shared. Her focus on fun and safety were outstanding. Ryan and Tara were such a special part of my unforgettable Wellington visit. Thank you both! Highly recommend!
Amazing e bike ride. Around the huge harbor hugging the shore. Then up into the large hills overlooking the harbor. About 24 to 30km round trip. E bikes make it easy

Highly Recommend! We enjoyed this windy tour with our guides Tara and Dillon. The electric-assist bikes made the tour effortless. Tara and Dillon provided just the right amount of history and perspective. This is a great way to see the Wellington waterfront.
The bikes were top quality. The two guides, Tara and Dylan, did an excellent job. Tara was very knowledgeable. It was a very windy day and returning from the ride into the wind was quite difficult. I believe our guides kept us safe in what could have been a dangerous condition. The sites were beautiful. Would highly recommend this excursion.
Pickup on time. Great e-bikes almost brand new. Denny our guide was excellent. Cycled 13 miles but didn’t feel like it. Great ice cream at the end!

We had a beautiful day in Wellington with our awesome guide, Jack. Jack took us on a leisurely ride through the city and along the waterfront and harbor of Wellington. It was a beautiful sunny day, and Wellington and the harbor glistened in the sunshine. While it was mostly flat, there was a VERY steep and long hill at one point that took us up to a magnificent viewing area that was truly breathtaking. The e-bikes are of very high quality and made the steep climb a breeze. Overall a fantastic way to see Wellington and a great way to get some fresh air and exercise. Highly recommended for cruise passengers.
Great guides, great fun! The Ice cream stop was a nice finish to a fabulous ride to the overlook to the airport and harbor from the mountaintop!
Amazing 20k ride on e-bikes with views of shoreline and city, local historical anecdotes and super convenient for cruise ship passengers! Ryan went out of his way to accommodate our unique timing needs so we could participate in this tour…. Perfect way to spend the day in Wellington!
It's exciting and enjoyable, not too strenuous for older people. Entertaining and beautiful sceneries. The best part was great storytelling by our guide Jack, who is very knowledgeable and obviously enjoys what he does. Six stars for Jack!
This is mostly a shoreline paddle trip with some commentary. Birds and more birds and sub tropical forests. Guides were excellent in terms of safety and organization. Kayak and paddling gear was top notch. There were no planned stops for over 3 hrs so an empty bladder was necessary. I have no doubt that in a toilet emergency, we would have found a spot to stop. No water provided, either, but we brought one of our own bottles. If you like your views from water level, you ‘ll enjoy this outting.
We all enjoyed seeing Wellington on e-bikes! Jack shared very interesting descriptions and stories.

This tour was fantstic. Carly was an amazing tour guide. Very fun. She had awesome cultural insight and a lot of knowledge of Wellington and NZ and its history. Highly recommend. Such a great way to see this city.
Very nice bike ride along the water. Jack and Ryan were great tour guides and made sure we were safe. Bikes worked well and were very easy to use. Ice cream at the end was a bonus.

Jack and Elizabeth were great hosts. They made a point of talking to everyone and there were about 21 of us. We rode along the wharf and along the street to Oriental Bay and ultimately a park with views of the ocean on two sides and, of course, Wellington. On the way back, Jack treated us to Gelato. We rode about 20 km and the bikes performed well, especially the ride up the short hill to the lookout. The ride lasted about 3.25 hours which was just right.
Kali was and awesome guide and we had a great time. She was very excited about the history of the area and a great story teller. I would highly recommend this tour.

A nice leisurely bike tour around the bay in Wellington. The electric bikes were powerful enough to not have to work too hard peddling even uphill and against the headwinds. I would recommend this tour as it's a wonderful and informative way to view this area. A little excerise while viewing the sites is a great way to stay energized on your trip.
