I would never recommend this service. The drivers at the airport were rude and dismissive. The airport staff did not recognise the service and consequently were unable to offer help. I used the app to try to contact the driver, no reply. The service finally contacted me 24 hours after what was supposed to be my airport pick up. After 4 drivers one finally took the time to assist and then located my ticket

Our transfer was fine but we had paid extra for a private transfer and we were put on the shuttle with everyone else. I have requested a refund for the difference in cost but have not received any response.

Visitor did not provide details about how or where to find their transport van at the airport. I had to beg a ride from a local Wellington bus driver who was very helpful.

There were 2 ph no's to call. Lucky one was an 0800 number as I had no credit on my phone. But it took a while for the phone to be answered. A bit worried as I thought I would be stuck there. 2 planes arrived at the same time so it took a while to get out of the airport. But in the end everything turned out ok. I would definitely organise with Viator again.

A well organized system. The pick-up spot was easy to find after I had collected my baggage, and I only waited a few minutes to board a transport coach to my hotel. The driver was courteous and helpful and the trip went very smoothly.

No confirmation from company. Did not receive contact info. Flight arrived (10 min early) and no one was present. Took a taxi instead. Received call from operator an hour after arrival (and alrwady at hotel) asking if I needed pickup. They said because I booked thru a third party (viator) is why I didn't have contact info. Really? Not sure if this the transport company ilpr viator problem. Regardless, very disappointing.

Not sure what went wrong but there were no shuttle drivers available when we got to the stop outside the airport Terminal. It was only when we asked someone that we were eventually transferred to a taxi with no explanation what the problem was. The fare we paid on line was comparable to the Taxi fare and not the fare advertised on the side of the Super shuttle bus which was a lot cheaper.

Shuttle was on time & reliable.
Driver lacked any sort of customer service, we arrived at the hotel where the driver just pointed at us, after getting out & going to the trailer,. no discussions where we were. Some of the other customers sniggered & commented at his arrogance
