Your journey to Cloud 9 begins with hotel transfers from select resorts in Nadi and Denarau, ensuring a seamless and stress-free start to your day.
As you arrive at Port Denarau Marina, you'll be whisked away to Cloud 9, where turquoise blue waters and stunning views await. Indulge in the paradisiacal atmosphere and enjoy an included bar tab of 60FJD per person, so you can treat yourself to a variety of beverages available for purchase at the internationally stocked bar.
Enjoy snorkeling (masks are provided), a high-quality surround sound system, a sun deck, cozy day beds, and more on this 2-level floating platform). End your day with drop-off back at the original departure point.

- 01:00 PM departure from port Denarau is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.
- Note: Check-In begins at 8 AM till 8:45 AM and 12PM till 12:45 PM (special conditions apply for the PM trip)

Absolutely fun, high energy yet somewhat relaxing experience!!
You get picked up, you are taken to Denarau Marina, you get a voucher of $60 FJD per person, you get on a boat. Up till now, you are not explained anything. 20min into the boat ride, you get a safety briefing and itinerary overview that you cannot hear lol. That’s the vibe- come here, have fun, don’t worry- everything will be alright!
You get to the floating island: snatch a day bed as soon as you can. Snorkel gear does not come with a breathing apparatus FYI, I recommend bringing your own and perhaps also inflatable tubes.
Brick oven pizza that is delicious, Vegas pool style cocktails in the middle of no where. Not a care in this world and you totally unplug!!
This is cashless, there were no tip jars. It was pretty much impossible to tip because they all jumped in to help you, you didn’t get one guy that kept coming after you because you tipped him.
We had a great time, it was such a memorable experience and captured a vibe that we never experienced before. Boat ride back, everyone was dancing and singing.

Be cautious of deck hands on the transfer boat out there selling bags of cocaine for $800 FJD - you may be into that sort of thing, but our group wasn’t. Some of the other guests that did partake became particularly obnoxious and offensive, which wasn’t ideal for the hour long boat ride with no escaping them while they were manic and high out of their minds. Otherwise, it was a beautiful location and certainly worth seeing, but just be cautious that you may get more than you bargained for. If you’re in to that sort of thing, perhaps it will enhance your experience, if not, maybe consider other options. The company won’t provide a refund either.

Management is actively reviewing all cameras onboard to identify the individual involved and will be engaging the authorities as necessary.

This was such a fun experience! The floating platform and bar was great to swim around, but just be aware it is quite far from the island, so it is exposed to the elements and not very protected from the wind. Other than that, it is definitely more of a party-style experience, basically a party boat, so go in expecting that vibe. Still, was a lot of fun and we got to meet so many people.

Great chance to meet people from around the world. Lots of young people drinking and dancing. No one really stayed quiet. The pizza was good and the service great. The crew on the ride out and back were fantastic too. There wasn’t anything to see when I went snorkeling.

If you are 30 and under this is for you. We had booked last minute as our other trip was cancelled last minute. Definitely feel this is more for a younger crowd, drinking loud music etc. the boat trip out to platform took way too long imo

Cloud 9 is absolutely amazing — a must-do when visiting Fiji! The views are breathtaking, surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water that looks straight out of a postcard. The staff were friendly, fun, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly in their wood-fired oven, and the cocktails were fresh and tropical.
It’s the perfect place to relax, swim, take photos, or just enjoy the vibe with good music and beautiful scenery. The trip there and back was smooth and well-organized too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique day out in paradise!

It’s for college party people who just want to drink … thought we would be on a floating boat that was NOT stationary to see nice water fish and reef. Very Loud college music.
Trapped on platform for hours. Could have just stayed at hotel and drank at pool minus the painful 50min boat transfer ride each way. Staff was very helpful and friendly

When we arrived on the afternoon boat it definitely seemed like the morning session was partying and having a good time, the afternoon session was pretty mellow. A bit disappointing we couldn’t snorkel, as the morning session had used all the mouth pieces, and the speakers on the front of the pontoon also weren’t working. Staff were nice and friendly! Adult kids had a ball jumping off the pontoon. Water was crystal blue. Also got to watch the sunset.

Great location. Beautiful scenery. Just wish it had more food selection on the platform but that really isn’t the fault of the tour operators. The tour itself was beautiful, guides were very friendly and accommodating. I would just advise that there is limited cabana space if you want to utilize those so be sure to try and get off the boat early. It was def an enjoyable excursion for us and def would recommend

The scenery on the reef is beyond spectacular.

I did double backflip from second floor also we ordered pizza and drinks, it was amazing taste! The sea is absolutely beautiful and some fish there. They surrounded us! Staffs are very friendly and kind.

Our Cloud 9 experience was mostly postive. The snorkeling was breathtaking, and spotting a turtle was a highlight. The crystal-clear waters shone beautifully, even on overcast days. The pizza was tasty, though a bit undersalted.
However, our enjoyment was somewhat marred by an influx of instagram and tik tok posers who monopolized the best spots, prioritizing selfies and dancing TikTok videos over appreciating the surroundings and/or partaking in the snorkelling/swimming, or even partying. It was disheartening to see them waste food - posing with pizzas and cocktails for pictures only to leave them entirely untouched and thrown away. My partner and I were in awe of the sad reality of witnessing people ignoring the beautiful environment around them, only to live for a screen in their hands.
If you're looking for a more laid-back, nature-focused experience, be aware that Cloud 9 might attract a crowd more interested in capturing moments than living in them.

Warm clear water and the scenery pristine. The staff feed the fish and huge ones surfaced to the top. Fish flying in front of the boat trip. Tasty pizzas for lunch and plenty of cocktails to drink. Staff attentive and welcoming. Music enjoyable.

Was the best activity we did in Fiji. Worth the money. We enjoyed it very much. We couldn't finish our bar tab as there was heaps of drinks and pizza.
Entertainment and the hospitality was great. We will recommend it to our families and friends when they go to Fiji for holiday.

My husband and I had a really fun time at Cloud 9. We had an amazing driver pick us up and returned us right outside our villa. Then, we were dropped off at the Port and got a bite to eat and lathered on sun screen. We made our way to the beautiful boat and traveled a ~1.5 hours to Cloud 9. At cloud 9, we were able to find spots and had their amazing pizza and drinks. We got to take a swim in the water which was so heavenly. We were blessed to have such a beautiful day. We were there for around 4 hours it felt like, then made our way back to the boat at around 1430 or so. Another ~1.5 hours back to the Port, and people were dancing, singing, and a bit drunk.
My only thing was, I wish there was a rotation for those who wanted to lay on the large daybeds. It was first come first serve, but I wish there was a max time someone could use it and switching out to another guest/couple who wanted to have a turn. The chairs provided were not the comfiest.

The boat ride out is a little lengthy but worth the trip out for the experience. Definitely recommend doing the 4 hour experience at the floating restaurant. Anything less would be too short. The pizzas are awesome and drinks are reasonably priced for Fiji. Definitely a younger crowd ( mostly in their 20s/early 30s) but don’t let that discourage anyone. Super fun jumping off the top and swimming/ exploring the water around the ship. Highly recommend

Fabulous day out! Loved the snorkelling as the staff fed the fish which meant we got to get up close to lots of fish. Had heaps of fun jumping off the top deck. The wood fired pizzas were delicious. The bar was well stocked. The trip home was fun with lots of loud music and dancing. Not for people who don’t want to PARTY!
