We had an excellent tour with Lucy on July 10. She was very energetic and informative on the tour. She took us to some great spots for viewing in Eze and drove the entire F1 circuit in Monte Carlo. We had just found out that morning that our tour for the next day cancelled and she offered to make phone calls for us to help us find something else. We really had a great time and our guide played a big part of that.

We had a great time on Monaco/Eze/Monte Carlo tour. The guide was excellent. We began our tour in Eze then toured a perfumery. Next was Monaco. He pointed out the best spots and even arranged lunch reservations. One member of our group was having trouble due to the heat and bad knees. He had the rest of our group go ahead and he went back to help him. He certainly went above and beyond for us.

This was a nice multi stop tour with great guide. Nice size group to stay together and on time. Recommend for anyone. There are stairs though.

though it started with a bad node as they forgot to pick us up but were very fast on figuring out another driver. our driver was lucy and she was the best. she knew how to tell stories how to keep things exciting. loved every bit of the tour. didn’t feel rushed.

Our guide Audrey was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a lot of time for self-driven exploration at the different locations (ie Eze and Monaco). The perfume factory was very interesting and even my teenage boys enjoyed it though they definitely enjoyed seeing all of the exotic cars in Monte Carlo the most. Overall, a fun day to share with my family!

We arrived by cruise ship. Best tour we booked so far!! Our tour guide Jaoued was so great and informative! Took us to great photo spots! Had planets of time to walk around and have lunch.

This was a more relaxed tour to Monaco taking 7 hours rather than 5, which is too rushed. We had a very pleasant driver who knowledgeably pointed out all the places of interest. We had done a previous tour from Nice and this took a more scenic route with the call to the perfumery at the latter part of the trip so that we didn’t have shopping bags to be in the vehicle all day.

We enjoyed the places we visited. Disappointed that we did not receive more knowledge from our guide. Reading the other reviews, it would’ve been nice to have more information about the area we were visiting. Glad we skipped the perfume factory. It gave us more time at the other stops.

This experience was seamless from start to finish. Ben was such a great guide with lots of good information about the area. He was a fantastic driver and navigated the narrow streets and tunnels of Monaco with ease. Highly recommend! However, if you plan to spend time in Monte Carlo at the casino, you may want to extend your time and take the train back to Nice, which is a wonderful suggestion that Ben provided.

Julien was actually really great. Took us extra little places …. A good value.
We were able to have a taste of different things as far as locations.
I did think since it said shore excursion that we were taking a boat from Ville franche to Monaco and then a drive around. My mistake.

Viator and the operator LivenUp ruined my vacation!!! Our ship could not port/tender because of rough seas/strong winds. At 6am when the announcement was made, I notified the tour operator and Viator. Operator only refunded half of my prepaid funds. Viator refused to help me and referred me back to operator. They refused to refund any more and bounced me back to Viator. I know of another passenger Pat Mitchell and her daughter, Krissy Mitchell who booked thru Viator and received a full refund for the same day cancellation. I still expect that Viator should refund the balance owing of $462USD. I had booked several tours through Viator with confidence. This lack of support for me, the customer, is truly disappointing and sad. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH VIATOR AGAIN. Neither will any of our party of 8. AND I WILL BE SURE TO CONTINUE TO WARN OTHERS NOT TO EITHER. Our Facebook page of over 300 people for the cruise have also been made aware of this situation. PLEASE ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO YOUR CUSTOMER RETENTION DEPT. I WANT IT RESOLVED!!!

In your case the cancellation was made less than 24h, however we granted an exceptional refund of 50%.

This tour was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it. It is 10x better than any excursions you can book with the cruise line itself. The group was small and the tour guide, Momen, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Monaco and Eze were stunning. Our tour guide made sure we were back to the ship in plenty of time. We had an amazing trip.

I can't say enough about out tour and especially our guide Thin, We had an unforgettable day. Thin explained so much to us about the region and the history. Fantastic guide made this tour over the top, literally , as we wound around beautiful scenic drives up the hills for gorgeous views below. Every area was breathtaking-yachts and condos in the 30million dollar range were fun to see on the beautiful blue water. Also got to see changing of guard at Monte Carlo but allowed in only to front touristy small casino. Our party of 4 all agreed this was a very worthwhile tour.
