They allowed me to book, and then canceled near the start of the tour as I was a solo traveler. I had to plan an entirely new tour last-minute. I was informed in messaging that a full refund would be processed, but almost a week later, I have seen nothing. Would not recommend. I will be processing a complaint with Viator.

Unfortunately, it appears there was a system error that allowed the booking to be confirmed even though this particular tour requires a minimum number of participants and we are unable to operate it for a solo traveler. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we processed the refund on our end. Please note that refunds are handled by Viator and your bank or card provider, so it can sometimes take several business days before the funds appear in your account. We sincerely apologize for the disruption to your travel plans and understand how disappointing it must have been to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. We hope the refund reaches your account soon, and if you still have not received it, Viator's customer support will be able to provide an update on the status of the refund. Fantastic walking tour by Langae! Great expliantation of the falls and its history, followed by a lovely high tea (best coffee we have had in 2 weeks!) at the The Palms Hotel. Was great for my two girls, wife and I.
