I have booked many tours with Viator in different countries and this was by far the worst one I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The communication from the ‘company’ was awful and we were picked up late from our hotel by a random taxi but the worst part was the guide herself. She added virtually nothing in the way of information. She barely spoke to us and seemed to have almost no knowledge of the Falls or the local area. If anything she detracted from the experience. She even spent time taking her own photos of the Falls on her phone. It was a completely pointless waste of money as we could have done exactly the same tour without her. Do not book with this company!
Although late in picking us up the driver was very well spoken, the tour guide Thelma was very friendly and very helpful and patient. She loved taking photos. We saw everything and had heaps of time to take all the beauty in, it is truly a magical place to visit.
What a sight to behold. Amazing is definitely not the right word. They are was my guide and she was so sweet. I called her my daughter for 2 hours.

I was never picked up by the tour agent. they never came to the lodge.the lodge tried to contact them but their fone was not working 😕
the falls from the Zimbabwe side are a must see. My guide Lock was brilliant she was super knowledgeable, fun and friendly she gave recommendations on other activities at Vic Falls and organised them at short notice 10/10
The guide was excellent and had a awesome way of explaining the history on the tour. He also made us take great pictures from different angles. A valuable and great experience.

The beautiful sun rises with the backdrop of Victoria Falls is unforgettable and an incredible experience.
We were fortunate to see double rainbows there and accompanied by a very good guide; Locks.
We were picked up from Ilala Lodge by our Guide and the tour was nothing other than fabulous.
Our guide (We named him TK as his name was double-barrelled and we couldn't remember it!!) was personable and very knowledgeable.
We would definitely recommend this 3 hour tour.
To see Victoria Falls is very special. To see it as the sunrises is very special indeed. Locks was welcoming, patient and very informative. I recommend highly!
Victoria Falls guided tour is a must do when coming to Victoria Falls Zimbabwe. The sound and beauty of these fall will stay in my mind forever. Barry our guide went above and beyond to make our falls experience one to remember. His knowledge of the falls and his photo taking skills were awesome. Cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Brilliant!

Amazing, just amazing, and Locks was a perfect guide. Not only taking us around the falls, but telling us a bit about local life in Victoral Falls. She went out of her way to asssit, and was even able to organise a morning game drive and afternoon helicopter ride for us at short notice.

This is the falls tour to take! Our guide Locks was wonderful in every way. She knew the answers to EVERYTHING that we were able to ask her. She started off by showing us the big baobab tree that’s over 1200 years old(!!!) as well as some other cool local trees that are unique to the area. From there, we went to the falls, and man were they breathtaking. There’s 15 different viewpoints on the Zimbabwean side (all better than the Zambian side), and it was cool to see the falls from all those different angles. You definitely should be prepared to get “baptized” by the falls at some point, so make sure to wear the right shoes. Locks was great and I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing the falls up close and personal!

It's nice to have nothing to worry about, because of the hotel pick up. Going at sunrise is PERFECT! The views with the sun are spectacular! There are no crowds. Take lots of photos with no strangers in the background. It was amazing!

My guide was excellent. “Locks” was warm and friendly and knowledgeable with the area and falls. The scenery was amazing to behold. She and a driver picked me up at my hotel right on time. I took the 6am tour and got to see the sun rise. Spectacular!!!
One of the best mornings of my life. I can’t believe so many people miss out on the sunrise at Victoria Falls…I actually ended up having a private tour and we barely saw any other tourists. Communication and pickup went very smoothly and we arrived right on time - actually a couple of minutes before the park employees and thus were the first ones through the gate. I wished I had bought a rain poncho as I got completely soaked but it was all worth it. The early morning rainbows were fantastic and that yellow light is so much more intense than the one later in the day. My guide‘s name escapes me but she was very enthusiastic and also a great photographer. She kept asking if I was alright because I was quiet - honestly, the views had simply taken my breath away and I was quietly smiling to myself the entire time. Sure, you could also go to the waterfalls by yourself but if you’re traveling solo, you’ll be a lot more comfortable with a guide, plus it’s a really good price and you get a lot of information. Final tip: the way is very slippery, so wear good shoes.

This is a must do excursion! The falls are breathtaking and the guide is very informative about the falls and the history. the pictures speak for themselves.
Loch was wonderful, went
out of her way to give us info on the falls, trees, animals, etc. She even took us over the bridge to get a better look of the falls.
Guide (William) was knowledgeable about the site and was happy to share details on the history, the current status and even a few funny anecdotes to keep us entertained. Incredibly well paced tour, we never felt rushed and he let my partner take all the pics he wanted with no pressure. He gave us some information about a separate trip we had coming up within the week and it had actually proved invaluable - even giving us a history on the country from tribal wars to today! Absolutely loved it and he was kind enough to send us pics from the day. Thanks William - you were another highlight of the trip in your own right!!

朝6:00からのツアーに参加し、ビクトリアフォールズの日の出を見る事が出来ました。
滝の霧で虹も見られとてもきれいでした。午後になると風向きが変わって大分濡れる様ですが、午前中はあまり濡れる事も無く良かったです。
野生のリスやサル、小さなイノシシ、クドゥなとも見られ、料金もリーズナブルでとてもお勧めです。

Wir waren gemeinsam mit unserem Guide Barry die ersten im Park und hatten die Fälle nur für uns alleine. Diese Atmosphäre ist einmalig, besonders auch deshalb, weil weder Menschenmassen noch Helikoptergeräusche stören. Durch Barry haben wir nicht nur viele interessante Details erfahren, sondern er hat uns auch jeweils zu den perfekten Zeitpunkten zu den richtigen Aussichtspunkten geführt, um die perfekte Sicht auf alles zu haben.
Wir würden uns immer wieder für diese geführte Tour entscheiden.
