False Advertising. tram bridge tour in Victoria Falls Tour date: 3/11/22 The Company (Indontolo safaris) Canceled our 12pm lunch tour reservation and changed to 0800 but never contacted us. When We called to confirm the night before we learned our tour had been changed to 7:45 am. When we arrived at station we were told there would be small wait for two more people to arrive. After 1 hour they never arrived because they were just hoping for walk in business which never came. They Advertised train to Victoria Falls, able to see falls from both sides stopping at Bridge. There was no view of the falls. We paid for tour with lunch. Staff said would substitute breakfast. Breakfast was cup of coffee and a cookie. So we paid$100 for a 15 min trolly ride, a coffee and a cookie..never saw the falls.

So strange,we communicated everything across and gave options before hand and response never came till we made a call to the hotel several times on slot options and change. Our 3 slots are same price across. Maybe system update delay after new product refurbishment,we still searching with worry what could have gone wrong in our normal system.Sent messages on Whatsapp,no response. Our Watsapp is 24/7 for all customers anytime yes .After realizing no responses,we saw it as a challenge maybe on internet access since clients were traveling.We tried to call hotel and sent emails on guests mail box but no response. 12h00 slot has been suspended as ít gathered no good numbers.Our site is up to date we checked,no mention of the Falls views at all. Strange the behavior. Complain of vehicle fumes a misbelief too , vehicle used has been checked thoroughly twice and again no leaks.Other travelers after this trip are appreciating all our vehicles without favor but just neat service delivery. Sad comments and we decided to refund in peace as this was requested at firm fist. A refund has been done.We give all our best time to our guests and respect their concerns to building us but this was a sad booking dealing with customers who will live to ruin other peoples lives so to get refunds and travel the world for free.We gave a free guided tour trying clear any mishaps that we could have missed either on ground or from my our channel developers etc but the offer was denied and guide was called forcing client to do the Falls etc. Sad sad difficult people. Any harm or bad experience that occured out of missing other aspects in operations or admin ,please accept our apologies,we have tried to check all but our normal routine on all bookings and our customers was carried out as usual on this booking too . We still could not find a fault that awards us such discrediting at all,not close to our standards at all. We value all our customers and their needs ,an extrà mile is always provisioned to extra or fully satisfy our customers needs in and out. Our guide Trevor is so of low and sad spirit over this commenting. Please find our apologies and feel free correct and build us anytime for best service ever. Refunds has actioned thank you.

Lovely evening trip to view the sunset!

What an amazing evening at Victoria Falls! We were picked up at our Lodge in good time for the departure and were greeted with a cold drink. We were actually the only passengers on the train on this occasion but we still had a running commentary as we journeyed into the wilderness. Moses, our train driver, kept an eye open for wildlife and stopped whenever he spotted some. On the way back, we stopped for surprise refreshments and we watched the sun go down in the middle of nowhere. Sheer heaven. How did Moses turn the train around when we weren't looking? Only one way to find out!
