Excellent, Professional & Completely Stress-Free Transfer Experience with Shepherd Taxi and Tours

We had an excellent experience traveling from Victoria Falls Airport in Zimbabwe to Livingstone, Zambia, and I would highly recommend Shepherd Taxi and Tours for anyone traveling between Zimbabwe and Zambia. Andy was an absolute pleasure to have as our chauffeur while traveling around Zambia. He was professional, courteous, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. What really stood out was that he went far beyond simply driving us from one place to another. He assisted us at the border with getting our passports stamped, coordinated everything smoothly, and made the entire process feel completely stress-free. The coordination between Andy on the Zambia side and Darrington on the Zimbabwe side was immaculate. Darrington was punctual in picking us up from Victoria Falls Airport, assisted with the handover to Andy at the Zimbabwe–Zambia border, and then coordinated the same process seamlessly on our return. There were no issues, confusion, or unnecessary waiting. The vehicles were comfortable and well suited for the journey. Andy was also very honest and trustworthy. He recommended tours, attractions, and places to visit based on what we were interested in, without pressuring us or trying to overcharge us. We really appreciated his genuine approach and local knowledge. One of the highlights was when Andy even managed to accommodate a last-minute stop to give us the rare opportunity to see White Rhinos in a protected area guarded by army rangers. This was an unforgettable experience and something we would otherwise have missed. What we appreciated most was that Andy genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience in Zambia. He was not simply our driver, he became someone we could rely on for advice, recommendations, and assistance throughout our travels. A very special thank you to Andy and Darrington, and to Shepherd Taxi and Tours for providing such excellent service. From airport pickup, border assistance, transportation, sightseeing recommendations, and our return journey, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. If you are traveling between Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and Livingstone, Zambia, I highly recommend Shepherd Taxi and Tours. Their service made our trip incredibly easy, comfortable, and stress-free.
