No response from the tour group. Took my money and never picked us up for the show. Or Dinner. Pretty sad busy practice.

wish I could give no stars!!
Waited in the hotel lobby all evening - sent messages to vendor via Viators rapp and no response. Even sent a message 4 hrs prior to pickup reconfirming location and time - never a response. Contacted Viator help chat while waiting and they never got a response either.
Wasted an evening of vacation.
I did get to go the following day by booking through our hotel ( cheaper than Viator which surprised me) . Show and food were wonderful. Glad I went.
waiting now for my refund request to be honored by Viator
