The guide never showed...

The guide never showed up, no matter I contacted the day earlier or a few minutes before we supposed to meet. We waited for more than 40 minutes at the meetup point and kept calling the guide, never ever responded. I had to contact the customer service, and even the agent couldn’t reach out to the guide. We did prepayment and need to go through refund process, not even sure if we can get the money back. Terrible experience and it is a scam!
