Nice tranfer

Driver was waiting us on time. Nice driving. Helpful with our bags. Everything on schedule. He gave us Also directions how to go on foot to our hotel since he was not able to take us exactly outside to it.

Bad airport transfer

Driver dropped us off at the wrong location, after flying for 12 hours. He said he couldn't drive us to our door because his van wouldn't fit down the street. This was complete nonsense. We got picked several times during the trip by every other BOLT driver no problem. Therewere 6 of us with luggage and one of our crew is handicap. We had no idea where we We going and it was approximately 9pm. So thankful the locals were friendly and helpful to point us in the correct direction. We had to walk about a half a mile to get to the correct location.

Avoid booking. Ripped off completely here. Was welcomed by an incredibly old and dirty car, old wrappers in doors etc. driver didn’t know how to turn ac on in the car. Even in covid times had to use that dirty car Contacted provider and no apology or further

Terrible experience

Our flight was delayed by an hour and when we arrived in Malta the driver had gone. We phoned and John’s garage sent another vehicle after 1 hr. it was a smelly basic car not the luxury car we thought we would get ☹️
