So nice arriving at a new destination and seeing your name on a sign knowing you are taken care of and not having to stand in line for a taxi or haggle with other transportation companies. Nice and easy.

Female driver did little to help with luggage. She then dropped us several blocks from the hotel (which is in a pedestrian-only zone). She then gave us erroneous walking directions to the hotel. Causing us walk several blocks out of our way, with four suitcases! ( We are in our mid eighties,)

On both occasions George arrived on time. He was very pleasant and his English was excellent. Although the traffic was heavy he got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would use Buick Garage again.
