Chichén Itzá is a magical place with so much history! Jerry and Carlos were our guides. The tour already starts off great on the bus, where Jerry—using a headset—shares some background and history. He has an incredible amount of knowledge, is spontaneous and friendly, and speaks excellent English. Carlos is still in training but does his very best to help, answer questions, and is always there with a smile!
There is cold water available and a snack before or after the tour of Chichén Itzá. There were even umbrellas on the bus, which is no luxury—it can get very hot, so be sure to bring plenty of water and a cap. Since April 21, it’s no longer allowed to bring a large backpack for security reasons, so make sure to plan ahead.
I personally didn’t go to the cenote since I’ve already seen a few (it’s optional, but I chose the express tour). I would absolutely recommend this tour—especially with Jerry as your guide!

This tour gave me exactly what I wanted: a smooth ride to Chichen Itza (Mariam, the driver, was amazing!) and an experienced tour guide at the site which gave all the details of this majestic site. Rahel, the guide, was knowledgeable and I really enjoyed his explanations, I learned so much about Chichen Itza and all the math involved behind the construction of the site.
The van departed on time and they even gave us coffee at the tour office.
I totally recommend this tour!

Really good experience.
I didn’t want to do the touristy stuff (chocolate factory & big cenote swims) so this ticked our needs - Chichen Itza site plus transport.
Jerry - our guide - was brilliant. Excellent English and superb knowledge.

This tour is very convenient and comfortable. It avoids parking, finding a guide once you are there and the early morning start time avoids the hottest part of the day. Gerry is an excellent guide. Very educated and knowledgeable.

This was a perfect tour for just Chichen Itza without other stops. We arrived early and left as the crowds were arriving along with the heat. Jerry is a fantastic guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Mayans and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this experience.

Terrific guide Jerry. Amicable, incredibly knowledgeable and a good driver. The tour ran smoothly and the site was wonderful. My only suggestion would be to give an extra thirty minutes to enable people to see the site comfortably.

This was a nice tour of the site. The guide was knowledgeable and the length of time was just enough.

This was a brilliant tour. I appreciated Jerry's deep knowledge on the subject of Mayan history, which he has studied academically. He is perfectly bilingual too. Really I couldn't ask for a better guide. The company is very professional with an office right on the main plaza.

What a fantastic experience -- I appreciated the early departure time so we could visit Chichén Itzá in the cooler morning before it filled up with tourists and vendors. Our driver, Miriam, was fantastic and kind, and our guide, Memo, did a great job sharing his wealth of knowledge with us. We never felt rushed and felt like we had plenty of time to also explore on our own and do some shopping at the vendors.

We participated in the Tour Express which lasts about 4 hours. Our guide was Jerry who has a very good English pronunciation and was very good at explaining concepts about the Mayan people. They provided us with sun umbrellas, snacks and bottles of water. Very nice and relaxing day. Super recommended!!!

I took the express tour which includes only the view to Chichen Itza and is exactly as described. The tour is very well organized but the best thing by far was the guide, Jerry. Jerry was super friendly and attentive and the best thing is that he has a knowledge about the site and the Maya huge. After the guided tour, we had about 45 min free which passed very quickly and, although they were not enough to explore the rest of the site in its entirety, gave to see quite a lot.

Our guide Jerry was a knowledgeable and caring person who knew extremely much about Chichen Itza. He answered all questions and was incredibly good at communicating. Jerry was also a jovial and nice person. The trip itself was well organized, and we arrived at Chichen Itza early to escape the larger crowds.
We learned a lot about the place and had plenty of time to explore the place ourselves. This tour can be highly recommended if you want to see Chichen Itza.

We chose this tour because we wanted to see Chichen Itza with a guide, but didn't want to spend a whole day on the road. We left at 7:30 and were therefore well on time at Chichen Itza (before all tourist buses from Cancun arrive). Jerry was our guide and he was top! He knew a lot (had studied archaeology himself) and could tell a lot of fun. He was enthusiastic and friendly. He really made this tour for us. Definitely recommended! We had enough time in Chichen Itza and were back in Valladolid around half past one.
