We had booked this trip for 13 people. We walked to the pick up location and we were there on time. The operator never turned up we waited for 45mins and after Viator trying to contact them they confirmed they also couldn’t get in touch with them. The tour operator also never replied to any messages before the trip which did put some alarm bells up. There is no number to contact them directly only via the Viator site which wasn’t reliable. We are still waiting for a full refund.

Great introduction to Ubud area. It was our first day in Bali. We had an excellent guide called Jun who patiently answered our questions and explained things as we went along. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Morning focused on craft workshops, we liked the art gallery and batik workshops. Coffee plantation with tastings was great. It is not just the coffee, we saw all the plants they grow for flavoured teas and had a chance to hold a Luwak cat and help roast coffee beans over a fire! Waterfall beautiful, but very busy when we visited. Rice plantations interesting, Jun took us on a short walk around. Hindu temple was alive with religious activities and we had a long look around with Jun explaining everything. Would recommend this trip.
