Worst Ever Experienced

Terrible Experience – Unprofessional Driver Our experience was extremely disappointing. The driver was completely uninterested in the trip, barely spoke about the places we visited, and showed no enthusiasm. Worse, he was constantly texting while driving, which felt very unsafe. On top of that, he smoked excessively in the car, making the ride uncomfortable. Instead of engaging with us or sharing insights about the locations, he seemed more focused on his phone. Definitely not the kind of service we expected. Would not recommend!

Wonderful trip up Mt Batur to see the sunrise on a beautiful clear morning, well worth the early start. Both drivers were great - private transfer by Mella & our Jeep driver Mang, they made the experience fun & memorable.

The view of the sunrise from Mount Batur is absolutely stunning and so worth the journey of getting there and the early morning wake up! The whole experience of going up to the mountain on the jeep was so special. The staff is also so friendly and thoughtful as they offer a blanket at a small fee and even serve a little cute breakfast. This comes highly recommended!

Great experience overall unfortunately the weather didnt allow for a good sunrise and it was raining alot but it was still a good time. Our driver let us play music when there were moments we were waiting. Do check the season when you plan to go.

Super fijne mensen die ons hebben rond geleid en hele mooie foto's gemaakt. Het was echt vroeg opstaan om naar de berg te kunnen gaan voor dat de zon op komt maar het is het waard.

Nous avions un super conducteur pour se rendre aux activités, Wira! Nous nous sommes sentie en sécurité tout le long. Il répondait super bien à nos questions. Très ponctuel. Véhicule très propre et confortable. Je vous le recommande! L'activité Jeep nous étions avec Dek, super conducteur aimable. Nous avons adoré l'activité avec lui. Nous sommes partie d'Ubud à 3AM. Il fait très froid à flanc du mont, habillez vous chaudement!!! Le déjeuné n'était pas exceptionnel, mais c'était suffisant vu l'heure. La vue en vaut le détour!!! Les rizières étaient biens. Si c'était à refaire, nous ne le ferions pas à mon avis. La cascade était super! Au moment du aller il y avait peu de personnes en avant-midi, par la suite il y avait beaucoup de personnes sur les lieux. Ils sont ouvert de 6:30-18:30. Essayé d'arriver tôt si c'est possible! Vous pouvez vous baigner de façon sécuritaire près de la cascade. Le fond est en grosses pierres, des chaussures d'eau ou sandales attachés sont les bienvenues. Il y a également un petit bassin style spa, un peu vaseux , mais c'est quand même. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers, peu égales et avec la chaleur celà peut amener une difficulté pour certaines personnes. La vue est spectaculaire.
