This was an amazing experience! We loved our guide Kadek. He took us to the coffee and tea tasting, the ziplines over the rice paddies, bicycle tour through the villages and rice paddies, breakfast overlooking the scenic volcanoes, traditional balinese woodmaking store, and delicious lunch in the owner's home. Such an incredible day with Kadek!

Our tour guide was very friendly and very informative. He had very good English.
Would recommend having breakfast before you leave your hotel as we were collected at 7 and didn’t stop for breakfast until nearly 11.
When we booked we were told it was all down hill with a slight incline however there where parts were the pathway was rough and the incline of roads was that steep we had to walk up, guide included.
Lunch at the end of the ride was beautiful and freshly cooked.

Made the second son of the owner was our guide and he was fantastic. The whole trip was an amazing look into the lifestyle and culture of the Bali people. The higher up in the mountains we went the nicer the villages and the water from the lake. The volcano and to see its last eruption in 2006 makes you realize the power of nature. The rice fields were very beautiful to ride through and the lunch at the end was a great personal touch of local Bali culture. Thank you Made and family.

Cancelled my booking and then turned up at 7am to collect me on rearranged day even though I booked for 8.30 missed the opportunity to go on trip as leaving the following day 🙃

What a great ride! We went through a small village, back roads and along dirt tracks through the rice fields. Everywhere you looked was picturesque and I kept wanting to stop to take a picture. There are some rougher single track places so if you’re not used to riding on those, it might be a bit intimidating but overall it was an easy ride, almost downhill the entire way. They gave us breakfast and lunch and a stop at a coffee plantation.
I do have to warn people NOT to try or buy the famous Luwak/civet coffee as the treatment of the civets in captivity is known to be cruel and inhumane. Not all places treat these animals poorly but you can’t tell who does and who doesn’t and you can’t tell what’s real or fake and you can’t tell if it’s wild or captive civets that are used to produce the coffee so best just to avoid all of it. The plantation tells you they collect wild civet feces to produce their coffee but there’s no way they can go around in the forests to collect enough coffee from wild cover feces to make their coffee so just avoid it.

The ride was not difficult. 90% was down hill. Bikes we're of a good quality. The lunch provided was excellent and the pick up and drop of service was punctual.

Must have some biking knowledge to enjoy this trip. Didn't really need to stop for breakfast as they fed up a great light lunch at the end. Neat to ride through the rice terraces and visit a locals home. The roadswerenot busy that we traveled on, we're safe.

It was raining day, but my son really enjoyed cycling tour. The tour guide was very nice and kind. I was tired during the cycling but the tour guide gave us the break time, waited for me to recover. We had a great experience in Bali. Thank you!

We would highly recommend this tour as it is a truly unique way of seeing Bali countryside. Our guide Kadek was very attentive and knowledgeable and took some amazing photos and videos of us cycling. Everything was organised perfectly. Both breakfast and lunch was very tasty. Truly unforgettable experience and an absolute must do in Bali.

What an amazing experience. We were with a family of 4, two adults and two children (4 and 2). We had an absolute blast. We were picked up by kadek and the driver at our Airbnb. And then we ventured north. Firstly to the beautiful rice terraces and then to a coffee plantation. There we had some really nice drinks and coffee/tea tastings. We could also recommend the banana fritter. It came with palm sugar and was very tasty.
Then we drove further north to some good breakfast (banana pancakes for the kids, and fries rice for us). All with an amazing view of volcano mt batur. After that we went to the bikes and had a wonderful downhill bike ride. Stunning and very fun to do with great scenic views. We also visited a local house.
Then one more late afternoon lunch with chicken, spring rolls and fried rice follow by a lovely fresh fruit dish.
Our guide was Kadek and his English was really good. He explained lots and was very sweet and good with the kids. A happy guide that I would recommend to everyone.
Thank you for the great day Kadek, and the rest of Bali cycle.

Our guide was kadek. He had very good english and the tour was nice cycling thru rice fields a family compound and roads. The lunch at end was very nice. Was a very long day however driving from our Hotel in Legian. 3 hours each way so made for a tiring day. We got picked up at 7am and back 5.45pm

This was a really good trip. You start at the top of the mountain with breakfast and then onto the push bikes which is then predominately down hill so very easy for people who don’t cycle normally. Great way to see more then in a car.

It was wonderful being out in the countryside in the fresh air, getting exercise & enjoying the gorgeous views across the rice fields, forest areas, and past modest homes.
Our driver & guide were brilliant.
Our included breakfast ( with spectacular views of Mt Batur) & our lunch at the end were so delicious.
A perfect day.

Exciting, interesting information, a good mix between slow riding and then more challenging ride. Beautiful scenery. Great tour guide. Lovely lunch. 💕💕

Amazing tour, pretty easy run (haven’t used a bike in years), loved all the stops (it also only goes down the hillls of ubud) and really loved the food. The experience overall was very wholesome

Love Bali Bike Tours is a truely authentic experience and a very special toir
Our guide I Nyoman is so passionate about Bali culture, religion and Bali life. We were treated to spectacular views of Mt Batur for breakfast then onto the bikes for a tour through rice fields, temples, wood cutting museum, a look through Balinese house compound and a special visit to a small special waterfall.
We've loved our stay in Bali and today really wants me to come back and see more of the beautiful country and way of life off the beaten track!

Everything was amazing with this tour company. Exceeded expectations. We had likely the best driver in Bali and our guide was so nice, funny and knowledgeable about what we were doing and seeing.
They picked us up from Seminyak, which is not very close to to Ubud, and manoeuvred through the crazy Bali traffic like pros. If you don’t know how wild the traffic in Bali is then you’ll be blessed with a driver like this. Amazing
Breakfast at Kintamani was really nice and then we were off on the bikes. Our guide was equally amazing. Answered all of our questions and really knew his stuff. Was open to share anything about the Balinese culture that we asked.
Lunch was really tasty and intimate, at the compound of the company. And they were so accomodating if you have any dietary considerations.
I would absolutely recommend this tour. You won’t be disappointed by any means.
Also, I’m a real person from Sydney, Australia and this was my first time to Bali. If you’re looking for something mildly athletic to get out and about in real Bali then absolutely consider this tour. If you’re an avid mountain biker than come with an open mind that it’s not a race or a ‘downhill’ like in those crazy Red Bull competitions. It’s a relaxing day out, exploring beautiful country Bali, volcano views, intimate village visit and very friendly locals along the way.
Book it; you won’t be disappointed

Best bike tour! It was so good I'm thinking about booking it again on a sunny day (it was eating a lot). The organization was amazing. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. And your guides made it fun and entertaining. 5 Stars!!

Excellent day. Picked up from hotel, excellent breakfast location, riding (down hill) through rice terrace, villages and farm house. Our guide was very informative and helpful. Totally recommend this as a family friendly activity.

Really wanted to thank Bali Bike tours for a great experience. Probably our favourite tour in Bali. Get authentic views of the rice fields and bali daily life. Great stops and food. Thank you

I had a great time on the tour! There were only five of us which made the tour feel more intimate and we were able to customize some things that we wanted to do. Overall highly recommend!

We had the best day out on this tour. Our guide Kartik was incredibly warm, helpful and enthusiastic and we learnt so much about Balinese culture whilst enjoying a fantastic day out discovering the countryside. If you want to get off the beaten track for a day and see the real Bali, this tour is for you. Plus, it's super fun whizzing through villages and navigating rice paddies on a bike! Look out for potholes, dogs and chickens in the road!

Whole trip ran smoothly. Exceeded expectations. Guide awesome. Wonderful scenery. Really got up close with the rural communities. So much fun biking thru the rice fields. Lunch with the family at the end was superb. Recommend 150%

Great experience… from booking to responses to questions to entire activity experience. The tour guide was fantastic
Edgar_S, Dec 2023
Nice to share some viewings in a group ride. If you are an a enthousiast MTB rider like me than this is not for you. No exciting tracks and its very short like 18km. As you are going downhill you hardly have to pedal. There was one challenging steep climb. Breakfast and lunch were very tasty. Sceneries on Bali always impressive!

We experienced rural Bali. As we travelled up to Kintamani we stopped for a spectacular view over forest and padi fields, we next stopped at a coffee plantation where we met the civet, were shown ginger and turmeric growing and tasted the teas and coffees produced. In Kintamani we sat looking over the crater while was ate a late breakfast before travelling to start our bike ride down hill. The route was via small country roads used by the locals and running past private homes, padi fields, farming land and schools. We traversed Padi fields and we stopped to visit a local home to see how locals live. At the conclusion of the adventure we were hosted in the home of the tour operator for lunch. To have spent the day with such genuine locals and to have experienced their company and generosity was a privilege. Old Bali is beautiful as are its people.
