Our photographer was really great, he put in so much effort and was really polite and friendly. We saw beautiful places and got great photos. You will also be picked up from your hotel location and brought back. We were really super satisfied and are looking forward to the pictures and the memories of our honeymoon here in Bali. Kadek was simply amazing! Went above and beyond for our shoot, it was the first time we’ve done something like this and he made us feel very comfortable doing all the cheesy poses, can’t wait to see how the shots come out! Wish I could take Kadek around the world with me wherever I travel to come and capture everything! Can’t wait to see the final result!!

Neyoman came to our villa and did an awesome job for my birthday shoot, he knew all the angles and poses to make my photos and drone shoot look amazing. Wonderful experience overall! We did this photoshoot for my mom's birthday. Our photographer/driver, Nyoman, was amazing! He was very responsive and addressed many of my concerns on Whatsapp beforehand. He was also very flexible and knowledgeable about the rice terrace locations, helping me craft the perfect rice terrace schedule and locations for my mom. We went to the Ceking Rice Terrace and had great photos and drone shots of us on the swings and bike. After that, we went to a coffee plantation and tried lots of coffee and tea, including the famous Kopi Luwak Coffee! They even had a surprise for my mom's birthday. Even though it was only supposed to be 2 hours, Nyoman waited for an extra 30 minutes for our Grab driver to take us home and make sure we're safe. It was very considerate and kind of him. He was also quick on getting us the photos and drone shots -- highly recommend!

We started by driving to a scenic location. The photographer was patient as we started the day late (kids woke up late) annd as we chsbged into new outfits for entire family. The scenic location is commercially run and you pay for renting the outfits. There are great spots and very opportunistic for great pictures. The pictures were fantastic and everybody was courteous. Then we drove to a new location to take drone pictures and videos. That was fun. It was a rice and tea plantation. We couldn’t try their tea and they were very ok with that. Everybody was courteous and nice. You can get used to that. The photographer quickly sent us the pics. They were all great. This was a very nice experience.

My husband & I had our honeymoon photoshoot with Artha today. He was so easy to work with, professional, and knowledgable. He was able to capture both photos and drone footage for us. I would highly recommend booking him for your next photoshoot in Bali!! You won't regret it.

First time my partner and I had a professional photoshoot so we were new to the experience. However, Nyoman made us feel comfortable and was very friendly. He took us to the rice fields, coffee plantation and a beautiful palm tree location. The photos and drone shots are incredible and we would definitely recommend!

Thank you so much for your review, we want to clarify the bad review that was made, previously we had agreed to do a photo session at the hotel, but what happened on the day was that the hotel forbade us to do a photo session with a drone for privacy reasons, in the end we did a photo session with a camera Of course, after the photo session ended the guest wanted to make a refund via the viator, of course we refused the refund process because we had already done the photo session, the guest asked for a refund on the grounds that we didn't come, this is very ridiculous, the guest should have confirmed first whether it was permissible to use a drone or not. We also advise our guests who want to book a drone photo & video session at the hotel, please check with your hotel whether they are allowed to use drones or not. Hopefully anyone who reads this message can understand the actual chronology of events.

The photos was great, I have good experience in all the points where I take the pictures Berto ajus was my photographer, he so kind and nice person. One bad point is if you travel alone and wanna profissional photos, you need pay for 2 people, don’t have options for only one person, some places in Bali is like that. But i really appreciated my photos. Thanks

I am OBSESSED with the photos from our photo shoot today with Nyoman. We visited Bali Swing, coffee, and rice farming. My husband and I had a wonderful time and our photos are amazing. Nyoman was so nice and patient. I'm so impressed by him and his work ethic. He made sure we had a great time and that we were comfortable and safe. Very attentive! Took the time to make sure I felt comfortable (pregnant) and went out of his way to find the best spots! The photos turned out amazing and I am very picky, he got some action shots that made it look more natural as well! Would use him again next time we are in Bali!

Nyoman is an amazing guide and photographer!! He will go above and beyond to make sure you have great photos but also that you have a great time and can truly enjoy Bali. We booked a 2 hour photo shoot with Nyoman but he ended up taking us around for several hours afterwards because he cares to make your experience as incredible as the photos. Any friends that we have coming to Bali, we are going to send his way. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

We booked a tour for 9/1 at 7am around 8/17 for hotel pickup. On 8/30 I received a WhatsApp that we were outside hotel pickup area in Ubud and needed to meet at a supermarket. My group was in transit from USA as it takes a day to get to Bali. During a layover I responded and said I wish they had told us earlier as we’re going to Ubud from 9/8 -9/11 and could have did tour then. The guide said he might could accommodate us. I replied and asked few questions: could we move tour to 9/8, if so would it cost any additional money, and did we need to do anything in Viator to make the change; i called tour company and I sent this message once we landed and got to hotel with WI-FI about 5:37pm. I received no reply so messaged again to say if it was too much trouble not to worry; I received no response so a little after 7pm I messaged tour company and said since they had not responded not to worry about it and that we would keep original appt and meet at Ubud supermarket at 7am; with that said we booked a driver and asked him to pick us up at 5:30am and then we went to bed; the next morning when I get up I see a text from tour company that they can change date to 9/8 and what was our hotel; I replied and said my last message to them was that we would keep original appt since they didn’t respond before we went to bed, we drive over an hour am no one from tour company was there; I don’t have WI-FI so I asked my driver to call; no one from tour company picked up; he called and texted; I go into market to connect to WIFI and call; they never pickup for calls; I texted them and they said they already had an appt at 7am and could not do it; my question was how could you have another client if we were already booked; we didn’t make any inquiry about a date change to 9/8 until 8/31 at 5:37pm; we asked questions that were never answered; I asked for owner or manager to call me to resolve at least 3 times as our money and time was wasted and we want to know what their company is going to do; asking a QUESTION is not confirmation it is a question until both parties agree, which we NEVER did; we asked questions they were never answered and we have yet for your company manager or owner to call us; horrible customer service

Thank you so much for your review, here we want clarify regarding your awesome review, like our description that we already inform if guest stay other Ubud area we will meet at pepito andong because our photoshoot are in Ubud area, guest booking at 31/8, we already reconfirm guest for to know where they stay if other ubud area we will meet at pepito andong supermarket but the guest didn't answer on 31/8 we already waiting at pepito andong we alredy tray to call the guest on WhatsApp but the number was offline, on the afternoon around 17.00 guest message us what to change the date to 9/8 @7am and than we confirm for doing at 8 sept @7am, on 1 sept guest calling us that inform already in Ubud we are wondering and inform we already confirm for doing at 8 sept, we are also already inform we already have another client on that day, the guest with a high tone wanted to speak with the manager and threatened to make a bad review on the viator, and in the end it happened, maybe for those of you who read the replies to this review you can better understand the actual chronology, we try to provide the best service for guests of course by providing results good quality drone photos and videos with professional cameras & drones so that they provide valuable memories during their holiday in Bali. However, in its implementation there are bound to be obstacles that cause misunderstandings.

To say this experience was amazing is a under statement. I enjoyed every moment of it. Neyoman was so knowledgeable about the culture, helpful with ideas for yhe session and overall a great guide.
After our shoot he asked is we had any others plans for the day.. we said atving, he said that's near my home, I can drop you off if you like. He took us to our hotel waited for us to change clothes and took us to ATV and made sure we had a spot to ride before he left us! Kudos to Nyoman...I'm telling everyone about you! 😁
