Make your own way to the meeting point centrally located in Thessaloniki. Settle into your comfortable air-conditioned vehicle for the drive to Meteora.
Upon arrival in Meteora, your guide takes you to two of the medieval rock-pinnacle monasteries and provides insights into the history of the precipitously built monastery complexes. Your guide also leads you to the best viewpoints so you can enjoy panoramic views of the monasteries and the otherworldly surrounding landscape.
Enjoy lunch (at your own expense) with a view in the nearby village of Kastraki before the return journey to Thessaloniki where you are dropped off back at the pickup location.

Why an amazing trip! Eleni, the guide, was great. Super knowledgeable & kind from the moment we got on the bus, all the way to Meteora and back! Bus was very comfortable! So comfortable I took a couple naps! The views in Meteora were incredible. I was a little worried about the walking but wasn’t an issue at all. So many great photo stops!! Can’t recommend this tour enough. The price was a steal. Lunch provided an opportunity for traditional Greek cuisine and was super tasty.

The experience to Meteora was nothing short of spectacular. Elena was our tour guide and she was spectacular. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about everything from Thessaloniki and Meteora to the stops in-between. She had answers about everything! I would definitely recommend this scenic and thrilling excursion.

Morning lots of people same meeting point, little chaotic, but we'll organised. We go almost 3 hours to meteora area with one stop. Really busy place, first we stop the Holy Monastery of Saint Stephen. Entrace fee is €5, but honestly nothing extra and you can't take a photo inside the chapel. After we go to view spot this good. Monastery of Varlaam the next stop, in here have a free time and other €5 to the ticket, it's surprise. Yhis one is much better place. And after all we go the local restaurant to lunch. Personal I'm not so I wait one and half hours in outside. After again long ride with one stop. First of all not bad daytrip, they give what describes.

This place is absolutely worth visiting. If you don’t have a car, this tour is a great opportunity to get to the stunning Meteora. No advertising integrations like you’d get in Turkey - just a pleasant guide and a comfortable bus. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the trip very much with this operator. The whole thing was organized very neatly and our pilot, Kostantina, was very kind and knowleadgeable.
There is however, one negative thing, the choice of restaurant that we stop at in Kalambaka, ("Meteoron Panorama") just after visiting Meteora. I think it's very pricy and focused at serving for large groups of turists. I highly recommend placing a booking in some other restaurant just in this area.

Great day visiting Meteora. The place is wonderful and a must see. Our guide and driver were great too. The restaurant was a bit crowded but food was fine.
