Great show, shame about the wait!

The show was good but felt it was tarnished by the late start. Was due to start at 22.00 which I thought was a bit late as i was with my elderly mother and it was the night we arrived but we decided to go for it. We were excited on arrival but was told the previous show was running 15 late so to go to the bar where we can purchase drinks. We received no update and had still not been shown to our table at 23.00 !! Needless to say, we were now tired and our enthusiasm had waned. We felt it was bad that an hour later, everyone is still sitting waiting and we have not even been offered a free drink (considering unlimited drinks are included in the price). It would have been a gesture of goodwill to offer a free drink while we waited. The show was great, the tapas was not and the long wait had really dampened the whole experience I'm afraid.
