What a great tour. Andres, our guide, gave us a very comprehensive walking tour of Stockholm. We saw practically everything. He is a great guide. Very knowledgeable of history, culture, architecture and the "stories" of the city. I feel I got to know Stockholm. It was a pleasure that I hope to repeat with Andres someday.

This is a great way to learn about an area from a true residents perspective. Our guide, Andres, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He included some “off the beaten path” sights and tailored our time to our interests. Well worth it!!!

Our tour guide was 40 minutes late. It was scheduled for a six hour tour. About 45 minutes into the tour our guide said he wasn’t feeling well and ended the tour. He appeared to leave the area but we remained where we were not knowing what to do and he reappeared and seemed to be going on about his day. He did offer to reschedule another day but we couldn’t as our stay in the city is short and we had other commitments. We had asked for a general overview of the city when booking. For the few minutes our guide was with us he rushed along and was not overly communicative. It was very awkward. I have taken many tours of cities I’ve visited and we have never had such a disappointing experience. Perhaps he was feeling very sick. I would have understood had he cancelled beforehand so we could have made other arrangements. The fact that he seemed to be feeling fine as soon as he left us tho makes me wonder….he appeared to see us still standing around and made sure to avoid us.

We'd like to extend our most sincere apologies for your experience in Stockholm with us. This certainly is not the experience we want for our travelers. We do our very best to have a smooth tour confirmation process but there are certain aspects of the process over which we do not have control. We spoke with the Lokafyer assigned and he did inform us that he was not feeling well and didn't want to cancel last minute the tour as he felt bad about it. We had contacted Viator right away asking to provide you with a full refund.
This is a real shame as we were so looking forward to your tour in Stockholm and showing you what makes Lokafy experiences so wonderful.

Our guide Monica met us at our downtown hotel and walked us through the old town, city hall and other scenic and historical districts. Her commentary was enlightening and informative. She offered to extend our tour beyond the scheduled 4 hours, but we had other early evening plans and bid her farewell. There are hills, bridges, alleys and parks on this tour so be well rested before you take it on.
