Itinerary

Meet your local guide in the Stockholm city center at your appointed time, and grab your helmet and bicycle. Get a short safety briefing about the city's cycling laws before setting off. Be sure to let your guide know about your particular interests; since this is a private tour, it can be customized to you.

Cycling is one of the best ways to see Stockholm, due to its plentiful bike lanes and cycle-friendly culture. Follow your guide at a leisurely pace, stopping to snap photos whenever you like. Listen to your guide as they fill you in on the history and culture of this cosmopolitan city.

See the majestic Stadshuset (City Hall) on Kungsholmen, coast through the fashionable Södermalm district, and cycle around Gamla Stan (the Old Town) to admire the Royal Palace and other major landmarks.

At the end of your tour, return your bike at your original departure point.

This was my favorite tour in Stockholm! Lisa was an excellent guide. Easy to understand, knowledgeable and fun - all with a cold! If you enjoy being outdoors and are in reasonably good shape you should definitely do this tour. It gives you a great view of so many areas and is really helpful in getting oriented to the city. I would recommend doing this as your first tour in Stockholm. The great thing is you have use of the City Bikes for two more days after the tour!

This was a fun tour and the guide was great. Special bonuses: the bike was good for a 3-day rental, so we got it for much longer than the tour; surprise karaoke event in front of the ABBA hotel; the guide treated us to a "fika" (Swedish coffee/pastry break).
