The instructions for the meeting place are horrible! I’m not sure I’ll use Viator to book any more. They pawn you off on the actual tour company so they take no responsibility.

The boat was nice and comfortable and very professionally run. We came into Stockholm on a cruise ship so were a little disappointed that we did not see much that we had already seen. I think we were anticipating a smaller boat.

We had an issue with the cruise ship. Well, I think they forgot about the time zone change. Anyway, we had to contact customer service of this tour here, and they were very helpful and polite! They did what the cruise ship and the booking site didn't do. They really are a class act, and the tour was fun, relaxing and the guide was great. Got lots of pictures, and relaxed on the calm waters in the city! Highly suggest!

The cruise is quite long but it’s a good use of time especially if you just arrived as we did. Matilda (the guide) did a good job of making the time chug along with a pretty light hearted look at swedish history and traditions.

This tour was an amazing way to relax while also learning about the city. The tour guide Daria was very friendly and great at engaging the tourists with fun facts as well as in depth history of the city. There were friendly staff on board with a fully stacked bar and bathrooms. Indoor seating also made it possible to take the tour on days with poor weather.

This tour didn't quite meet our expectations since it covered mostly the major shipping channel coming into Stockholm, most of which we had already seen during our cruise ship arrival. Otherwise, it was fine and the narration was informative but lacked some of the enthusiasm that we had read in many of the previous reviews. Also, the music selections were nearly inaudible.

This was a disappointment. The gal who did the tour, Matilda was great and tried very hard so it’s no reflection on her. The speakers are muffled so it was hard to decipher what she was reading from her script. We were expecting to hear more about the history we were seeing as we cruised by but we barely got that. It was a lot of “fun facts” about Sweden and Stockholm which is interesting but we wanted to learn about the coastline and history of that. The people working behind the bar were excellent! The drinks were great and quick.

When I booked it said lunch included when on board we were told it wasn’t included it also said the guide had a sense of humour that was not included either it cost £32 each for 2.5 hours of beautiful islands and beautiful views the weather was perfect I would not recommend the company we booked through because we could of had exactly the same your for £20 overall experience was ok however beware how and who you book with

Comfortable boat with a cafe and lots of great viewing positions inside and outside. Our guide Matilda was perky and delivered her scripted tour with charm and humor on a microphone with clear and audible sound throughout the boat. She also took time to mingle with guests. One of the unique things about this tour is its frequent use of music to help illustrate the history of Sweden and Stockholm, including traditional songs and an overview of Swedish pop, including (of course!) ABBA. Most of the shoreline sights are during the first and last quarters of the cruise because the closest-in islands are more heavily populated. During the middle of the cruise we enjoyed a tasting of 3 Swedish akvavits and 1 vodka, along with a cookie and some water (plenty for the two of us, about $70), while we viewed the natural terrain on the islands farther out.

It was fine. Nice cruise of some of the islands. Boat was nice. Tour guide was also nice although it felt like half of her talk was about food and drink and less so about the things we were passing. Felt long, especially since we never disembarked and the boat made a u-turn and went back the same way we came. Would prob recommend a tour where you get off on some of the islands.

Outside seating is limited and people were moving chairs around the boat. On a busy day you need to arrive early for a chance for an outside seat. Commentary was ok.
