Craig was very knowledgeable and very interesting, the tour was not too difficult to walk and shared the most important historical aspects of Stirling. Very good value for money and would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic walking tour of Stirling with Beth. She was very knowledgeable, engaging, and explained the history in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Even though it was raining and the tour ended up being just the two of us, she made it a really special experience. I learned a lot and had a great time exploring the city. Highly recommended!

As I got off the train in Stirling, I was informed that my tour would begin a half hour late, which conflicted with other plans. I understand that things happened, but I wasn't pleased at sick late notice.

The tour was great. The tour leader was very knowledgeable and provided lots of interesting information. I would highly recommend this tour. Note that there is a fair amount of walking, mostly uphill, but that is to be expected in Old Stirling. The tour ends at the parking area for the Castle, so plan your Castle tour to begin a couple of hours after the Old Town tour begins.

Very friendly and well informed guide. Craig was an excellent guide. You should know the tour takes place in the highest area of Stirling. You will be walking up and down some streets.

Great use of humour and allowed us to ask plenty of questions.
It’s a trek to get to the start point (we are old and were pushing a wheelchair), but this didn’t detract from a superb experience (simply highlighting for other readers).
I can whole heartedly recommend this trip and the guide we had. Top man.

Wonderful tour of the “old town” with Jane our tour guide. Jane was very knowledgeable and told stories about the history of Stirling, kings and queens, its importance as a port and ships. The tour was thoroughly entertaining and Jane made the old town come to life. Jane took us through the graveyards which told their own story of riches and early deaths. The tour finished at the Castle and the breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
