Steven is a great guide who really knows his history and is passionate about it! I did Stirling Bridge and Bannockburn with him and he was great company throughout the day! Would highly recommend!

Good Morning Edward,
Thank you for taking the time to join us on tour and to leave a review.
It was great to welcome you to Stirling Bridge and Bannockburn.
I'm glad after two goal less draws, you were spoilt with barrowload of goals in the third match of your tour of Scottish Football.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year.
Kind Regards,
Steven

Stephen was an exceptional tour guide - he took the time out to explain the lead up to the battle and how events unfolded from that point on. Nothing was too much in terms of the time that Stephen spent with us and the questions we asked - we would suggest that his knowledge was second to know and would highly recommend him.

Hi Johnny and Tanya,
Thank you for your kind review. I wouldn't go as far as second to none, but we try and give a full account of the key points of the Battle and introduce Superheroes such as Isabella MacDuff, the Countess of Buchan and the Good Sir James Douglas of course and his influence after Bannockburn. Thank you for visiting Scotland and haste ye back.
Kind Regards,
Steven

Apologies for the late reply. I thought I had so. Thank you for your kind words and your interesting questions. Were the Templars at Bannockburn is always a good one. I shy away from mentioning it on most tours as my friend Duncan at the King of Scot's Heritage Centre in Renton tells the story so much better than I can. Hope you and Bernadette had a wonderfull time in Scotland and thanks again for tweaking the times to help us out ♡

We really enjoyed the explanation about how the battle unfolded. Seeing where some of my ancestors fought and were killed was an experience I will never forget.
Thank you Chris

Hi Dave, it was a pleasure to welcome you to Bannockburn. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. It was great to chat to visitors who had researched their family tree and who shared their findings with others on the tour. Enjoy the rest of your journey around Scotland and safe passage home.
Kind regards,
Steven and Molly.

We had a wonderful time being shown around the Bannockburn Battlefield by Steven. He was so welcoming, enthusiastic an knowledgeable on both the battle and the events that lead up to it and the consequences. Highly recommend the tour over just reading the boards on the site. Molly the dog would also be a great goalkeeper if there were ever such a thing as a Scottish dog football team!

Hello Mark, Pamela and Katherine, thank you for your kind review. Apologies for the late reply - I used to get an message from TripAdvisor letting me know if I had a review, this has ceased to happen and I need to fix it. We are glad you enjoyed the tour and how did you know Molly was the Scotland Dog Team Goalie? All the besta s we come out of lockdown proper and haste ye back :) Cheers, Steven and Molly
