they are selling a fishing “experience” not actually trying to get you fish. the ocean was so rough everyone on the boat was sick. 0/10 honestly will never do again

If you are traveling on a cruise ship and arrive at 800 or later, do not book this excursion. The boat would not wait for us, even though I sent confirmation emails several times that included our ship's arrival time. We got a phone call at 740 asking where we were, and our ship hadn't docked yet. We were very unhappy, as this would have been the experience of a lifetime for us. We did receive a refund, but communication was lousy. Not what we expected from such a well regarded tour company.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to miss an experience you were looking forward to. As we communicated prior to the excursion, the boat was scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM. While we did allow a short grace period in consideration of your situation, we also had other guests who were present early and understandably eager to begin their tour. Unfortunately, without confirmation of your ship’s exact disembarkation time, we were unable to delay our departure any further. We regret the miscommunication and any inconvenience this caused. While we were able to provide a refund, we truly hope you’ll consider visiting us again in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with the experience you had hoped for.

Fishing is not just about trying to catch fish. Its an experience. If the drew are not talkative or even worse, grumpy and rude, then it is not a pleasant experience.

Arriving back at the harbour real bad crew had no idea used dead bait no sonar just 4 hours cruising i actualy enjoyed the cruise maybe should rename it to a cruise not fishing I FULLY UNDERSTAND THERE ARE NO GUARENTEES WHEN FISHING BEEN FISHING FOR 40 YEARS
