We didnt get to go because we were picked up at the cruise peer and started the ride to the Pitons and were told we would have to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes each way just to get there. Then a 3 hour hike and same ride back. The tour was listed as 4.5 -5.0 hour. We would have driven in car to not have time to hike Pitons. Very disappointed. Second Viator trip this cruise that was a BUST. Even after speaking with Viator on the phone to verify the details. When I requested our money back for 4 people, they refunded 1. Will never recommend Viator again. Total money oriented and not customer reliability.

Hi there Ms Gretchen, as listed on the itinerary, it clearly states that to hike the pitons in itself is 4 hours in total. Our driver clearly explained that you would have enough time to hike and return to the ship on-time,but you decided to cancel whilst you guys were on your way there, he even gave other tour options,but the same was declined. On that day the ship left after 5 which clearly meant that you would've always made it back on-time. We've done many cruise tours and our clients have never missed their ship, we pride ourselves in providing honest and memorable experiences to all our clients, you can tell by our reviews.
